BLESSINGS OF LOVE!
When we have several goals, or many tasks often we have need of setting priorities to have them completed. Involved in life situations often things out of order can become where things may totally become overbearing to us and we then have no other excuse but to set a priority.
The need of meditation is also a priority of righteous life. Everything we do in our spiritual connection with God we find little time to meditate on his Word for us. We may meet the songs of praise, we may meet the gathering of worship, we may meet the helping in charities, but our meeting goals of meditation is often omitted. This vital asset is essential to understanding, knowledge, and wisdom of our life's purpose. Meditation is a glory of spiritual guidance and the all so important priority where we identify God's direction. Often lack of meditation on the Lord, can lead to pride and self-admiration. Leaving the most important factor that God is the leader of our own life, the very first priority of our living.
"Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my
words behind thee.
When thou sawest a thief, then thou
consentdst with him, and hast been
partakers with adulterers.
Thou giveth thy mouth to evil, and
thy tongue frameth deceit.
"Now consider this, ye that forget God,
lest I tear you in pieces, and there be
none to deliver."
"Whosoever offereth praise glorifieth me,
and to him that ordereth his conversation
aright will I shew the salvation of God."
Psalm :50: 17-23
Meditation should be a daily part of you goal in a righteous life. Reaching it will be as you understand its importance to spiritual growth. God requires your time of His priority over you.
Let the words of my mouth the meditation of my heart be acceptable in they sight O'Lord my strength and my redeemer. Psalm: 19:14
