A two-story building collapsed during the morning half hour of eight in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The commercial building was said to have at least 35 occupants when the fall happened. At least six people perished and some suffered injuries. At least 26 were pulled from the rubble. Officials were cautious when removing the rubbish in order to save any lives. The reason of the collapse was not known, but the news reported stated that the building was undergoing construction and a new clothing store was been added to help aid the neighborhood's poor. It is not uncommon for buildings falling due to poor maintenance and upkeep in this region of the world.
