Tattoo lovers will find themselves attending the first International Tattoo Festival ever! Those with tatoos will be showing off their tattoos, and adventourists just may be adding too the existing tattoos. Along with professional and amatuer tattoo artists all will be showing off their designs and appliques of the trade. The convention will begin October 4-6 and is held in Hong Kong.
