I can knit, mostly winter hats and scarves, which just sits up in one of my closets. I have no plans to sell my hats or scarves (I'm so proud of them because they are the first things I made when I learned to knit LOL).
I also do the cross-stitch/needlepoint patterns in which the yarn is stitched through a stiff mesh canvas. I want to learn to crochet, I've tried it in the past but I had no idea what I was doing and my yarn just ended up in a big knot. I am currently looking for some youtube videos and give crocheting another go.
Questions:
Do any of you here crochet and how long did it take you to learn how to crochet?
Do you know of any good crocheting forums or blogs that offer crocheting techniques?
