Study authors have been following a group of NLRNs since 2006 for a 10-year national study on work choices, turnover rates, job satisfaction and more as experienced by new nurses. The hope is that the results of the study will provide data to help prepare the healthcare workforce for the future. Using data from the initial observations of their larger study, the authors compared their original cohort to a newer set of NLRNs.
