Before the days of Barack Obama, the African-American community affectionally embraced Bill Clinton as the first Black President. Of course, that all changed when the big O was elected into office in 2008, but Clinton said he still holds those memories dear to his heart. “I loved being called the first Black president,” he revealed during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” this week. “But, Barack Obama really is, he deserves it.”

“Since Hillary lost the primary, we’ve done everything we could to support him,” he added. He even gave the Affordable Healthcare Act a plug. “This is going to have huge positive economic benefits, if we just stay with it and keep working with it,” he said.
The 67-year-old politician went on to say that he doesnt miss his time in the White House, well, most of the time. “Most days I don’t miss it,” he shared. “l loved doing the job, but one of the most important things… when you’re doing something you know you can’t do forever, you’ve got to organize your life so you don’t spend a minute, if possible, wishing you could do something you can’t do.”

While he avoided questions about whether his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, will run for president in 2016, he did reveal that they are extremely proud of their 34-year-old daughter Chelsea. Clinton said she will earn her fourth degree, a doctorate from Oxford, soon. “That’s as many as her parents do — combined,” he noted.
