Here is data outside of the Bible that confirms history. The Book of Yasher (Jasher) & Ebla Tablets confirm biblical documentation.

I don't try to define radio-carbon dating in history. One must present data on the Moon cycles in order to convince me of accuracy of ancient history events.

So the Ebla tablets are dated 2250 BC and the code of Hammurabi is 1750 BC. So sometime after that the Israelites plagiarized both.
