MINNEAPOLIS - A Hennepin County man faces rape and incest charges involving his pre-teen daughter, according to police.
Robert Powell, 40, of Edina, was arrested Tuesday at his home and taken into custody.
Powell was charged with three counts of aggravated incest, three counts of molestation of a juvenile, three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, three counts of aggravated crimes against nature involving a victim under 17 and nine counts of s*xual battery, according to arrest reports.
Powell posted bond and was later released.
A court date has been scheduled for March 13.

Contrary to the info Robert Powell has provided on his BIA profile page, he was not born on March 12, and definitely not on February 14 as he previously shared on one of Sister Juanita's blog posts. Robert Wolfgang Powell's true birthdate is April 10, 1943, thus making his current age 72 years old.
Robert Powell has joined this site a total of 4 different times since the year 2008, and during each of the 4 times he's joined he has never used his true birthdate, because he is afraid of the REAL Robert Powell being found out!
