Christians are leaving in droves!!!

A recent article reported from the Pew Research Center indicated a withdrawl in the supporters and members of the Christian faith. The article speculates that at least 106 million Christians will change and or switch to other followings of faiths. The estimated time of the changes is estimated to occur from 2010 to 2050. According to the report, most of the millions of Christians may change to become Muslims or other faiths such as BAHAI'S, SIKHS, TAOISTS, & Jains. The report said most of the unaffiliated are from athiests, and agnostics groups which will probably be near 61 million making changes with only about 40 million adopting to become Christians. The Pew Research is known to calculate events by recordings and polls over long and shorts periods of time.

My question is, why is there so much fear of a judgment day if your sins are already forgiven and forgotten?

Helen, It is probable that the fear is among the many whom have not confessed sins. It is also knowledge to fear God. However, those who have repented, and are forgiven are rejoicing at the thought and are watching and waiting for the Day of the Lord to come. They are not afraid, for God is with them.

That sounds great the way you explain it, but the majority of people I've met view the book of revelation as a frightful and horrible way to end mankind. Why would a person want to remain alive just to bury the rotting dead.
