A Group of Texans Can't Believe Their Eyes When They See George W. Bush Show Up At Jury Duty (1009 hits)

A group of Texans selected for jury duty in Dallas were greeted with a surprise when they found a familiar face has been summoned alongside them.

George W. Bush, the 43rd President of the United States, served his civic duty this week, and posed for a few pictures, too. Freddy Ford, a spokesman for the president, told CNN:

“President Bush received his jury summons and reported for service this morning at the George Allen Courts Building in Dallas. He sat through the jury selection panel for a case in Judge Eric Moye’s court on the 14th civil district but — surprise! — was not picked to serve as a juror. He was there for about three hours and posed for photos with other jury candidates, judges, and court staff.”
