I was Weeping last night, but when I saw day break I felt God's joy in me once again! I knew it was another day and the sorrow I felt had but left a trace of its presence for the joy of the Lord is our strength!

Yes, tears are also a way of relieving frustrations. I know that inspite of those many frustrations, trials, and obstacles that Jesus Lives. He's always been a constant in my life.
