Literally this country 0% of young Christians do NOT believe . . .
that God created the earth.
This is according to a recent survey where all young Christians surveyed said they did not believe the earth was created by God. To the survey's report all of 0% of young Christians who believe the earth was not created by God. The survey indicated that this part of a growing population of non-believers in the story of the creation. The Gallop reported that only 20 years ago 90% surveyed did indicate they believed and today it is around 50%. In addition, 20 years later the numbers according to the survey dropped down to around only 10% continue who believe today. The survey was conducted by the International and WI Network of Market Research. More of the survey findings said that people from the ages 34 tended to be more religious than older people. When the survey addressed the cause of the withdrawing decline it noted that Secularization in Iceland occurred quickly causing a trend for as more of it's youth to not believe the biblical's telling of God created earth. This was according to Bjarni Jonsson who is managing editor of Icelandic Ethical Humanist Association, who is also an atheist which is part of a atheist non governmental organization.
Icelanders in the thousands have joined an ancient Zuist movement a religion centered on worship of Sumerian gods. Within two weeks almost 3,000 people joined. The survey also said that 40% of the youth felt strong indications that science and religion should be used to answer existential questions as pertaining to the creation of the earth. However, there are Christians who still believe in God's creation and they may have not been part of the survey's participation.
