NATIONAL PORTRIAT MUSEUM WHITEWASHES FREDERICK DOUGLASS (1916 hits)

While we are sleeping, the National Portrait Museum has put on display a whitewashed image of Frederick Douglass. This same practice has been used to portray Washington and Jefferson as white, and not the black Indians whom they were. (CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGE).
