Setbacks are defined as problems that we experience that make progress more difficult or success less likely. Are the setbacks your marriage is experiencing self-inflicted or being caused by external circumstances? Are the setbacks temporary setbacks or is your marriage on a permanent downward slope that almost never seems to end. What is the nature of the setback? Is it spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, financial, or is it s*xual? Has your career been setback? Are some couples better able to handle the stresses and challenges of marriage than others? But what makes one couple better able to handle setbacks than another couple? Is our complete unwillingness to avail ourselves of knowledge and information aiding us in being unsuccessful against our setbacks? If we lack good communication skills will we be able to even discuss our setbacks? The presence of setbacks is not a factor of whether a relationship will be successful or unsuccessful. What we do next to overcome our setbacks that determine our future success. What are some key factors that determine whether our relationship will overcome setbacks in 2016? How do we keep the right perspective and distinguish between setbacks that are temporary and those that are major?
