Finally we are ready. .
WE WALK:
Prepare to take the on the leaves of October as we travel in the writings of The Spirit and and bride. We walk among the leaves.
"Finally then brethren, we urge and exhort
in the Lord Jesus that you should more and more
just as you received from us how you ought to
walk to please God."
--1 Thessalonians : 4: 1 NKJV
We walk, we traveled this day in a journey.

This month's writing takes us walking as a mode of clearing our minds. If you are able to take upon walking as your physical, and spiritual activity I am encouraging you to take the movement for growth of physical, mental and spiritual enrichments as we read also from the verses of 1 Thessalonians 4th Chapter. Join the walking! Look for places you can take walks, make a walking partnership, or start in a brief walk in your own yard or neighborhood. Those unable to walk, can use their hands, and low impact steps in place. Improvise what is useful for your own walking style.
