potential energy is defined as the energy an object or thing or people has because of its position, rather than its motion. An object held in a person's hand has potential energy, which turns to kinetic energy — the energy of motion — when the person lets it go, and it drops to the ground.
Consider that African slaves been in America for about 450 years and have learned much. Now there are African American Doctors, lawyers, teachers, engineers, chemist, architects, biologists, metallurgists, business owners, carpenters, plumbers, governors, mayors and even a African American president. YET...we are doing nothing in the way of doing something for our own culture. Black doctors DEPEND on the Caucasian and Japanese professionals for purchasing all their instruments. Engineers depends on Caucasian and Japanese professionals for Tools. African American Chemists depend on the same for their vials and chemicals. It goes on and on.
Thus, Black Americans have enormous potential for a government of our own but lack the confidence and guts to GO FOR SELF....THUS WE HAVE 0 KINETIC ENERGY WHICH IS THE ENERGY OF MOTION THAT IS MOVING FOR YOUR SELF !
