What can we expect from African American culture now with TRUMP !

This is a topic that I could write a book but lets make a stab at summarizing. Basically, we can put African Americans in 3 main buckets; those that have given up on self; those that straddle the fence and go which way the wind blows; and those that are determined for black self.

Now with Trump in office, the first group will march with a stronger beat. They will like to love white folk. It is full steam for them as they feel reassured that black folk in America are useless and disgraceful and would just well forget about color. It is the group in the middle that is most vulnerable. There are those that will want to protest as they find themselves victims of the Trump changed policies. Most likely they will move to the third group and resort to black unity. Then are those on the fence of the second group and see that a Trump presidency want to forget all about black nationalism and a black future and find a more clearer path to victory siding with white folk.

The third group are the African Americans that have a tendency FOR black might and forecast a black victory in the end. Many of these are diehards and have an affinity for loving their own culture. This group will be emboldened and find themselves under the hot seat to engulf black nationalism to a greater degree.

It is this 2nd group that Abraham finds most susceptible to make a change. As such, I see the timing is perfect for new black leadership in America to capture the second group and galvanize the third group now that Trump is president.

As Salaam Alaikum Brother Jamal:

To me, all these people that Trump has parading in and out of Trump Towers in front of cameras everyday to see him is nothing but a photo-op spectacle. Half of those people who are getting the photo-op going to the elevator are wasting their time, as Trump is not going to do NOTHING for them. This mess is is all a show and an ongoing publicity strunt. He's inviting blacks that he knows he's NOT going to help, and ones that defied him in the past that he's NOT going to hire. He likes creating drama and controversy, and bringing attention to himself to show how much power he has and to fulfill his massive ego. This is Trump's reality show, and not the move of a dignified President who has the right to be the leader of our country. Also, I noticed on one of the MSNBC clips when Trump had his photo with Kayne West, he stood there with him talking, then he suddenly walked away and looked like he had a disgusted look on his face. Then he went back over to Kayne and shook his hand.

What can we expect from African American culture now with Trump? Hopefully the result is black folks quit looking to government for "solutions".
