The Autobiography of Kamal Supreme part 1
Survival, Thanking the Most High for my arrival
Upon my pops bio chemical explosion
My sperm, beat the competition, to the ovum
Born, in Harlem , back in the day
The revolution was calling
Old earth fed me rhymes, I started yes yallin
After seeing my mother fainting and falling
I started hustling and balling
Asap, tired of seeing roaches and dead rats
Bleeding in mouse traps
The bait was that government cheese
But put it on some spam, negro please
At 7, joined the Jr. Black Spades and 5-0 said freeze
Somebody snitching can’t tell my friends from my enemies
So dolo is how I decided to be
Till I bounced to jersey and met the G-O-D’s
No matter how hard you try you can’t stop us now
At 16 my team made the young girls smile
Got paid for rocking house parties
While some some cats would rob houses
Some would sell weed and coke, the artifacts were crack vials an
Going to delancey street to cop the latest styles
With our attenas up cause gangstas and stick up kids were on the prowl
With gold teeth, some had beef, others was out to sell heat
Every day was survival but we loved the streets
Although they were filled with drama and murder
We’d stop on 145th to cop a willie burger
And the partying never stopped
As we club hopped from Broadway international to the rooftop, the roxy, red parrott, the tunnel the fever
We was hip hop bred with street cred high achievers
So we could never be caught slippin
Like Kurtis Blow, Yo I’m daydreamin
And I’m sure to be back with more
Reminiscing
