In 2015, Northern California experienced a drastic drought reducing the lake level to 39% capacity in January 2016. Some climate scientists state this may be the future of California reservoirs water storage due to lower annual precipitation. Some scientists disagree with that assessment.
Now in 2017 188,000 people have been evacuated due to concern the dam may fail. Climate change denial?
