How to deal with Anxiety head on.... (3703 hits)

I didn't really understand the different types of Anxiety
until I started swimming with the Big Fishes, in the Big
Boys and Girl Corporate Pool.

Feeling the pressure of my own life occurrences compacted
by being sensitive to what others were projecting and dealing
with stirs me up, winds me up like a mixed concoction that started
out sweet but then comes a nasty after taste.

Sleep deprivation often impacts ones ability to move and shake,
workout and feel up to par. With so many concerns of how to
get things right, the body refuses to succumb to rest.

We need a support system to help us cope with the stress and
pressure. We have to be willing to work for a safe life, at the
same time know that all things are not in our control or power.

Ask the closest Ally if you can talk and pray with them. I mostly
get anxious when I do not feel safe. When I feel like I have to
methodically do things in order to avoid being hurt it makes me
over think everything. That attitude of concern rubs off on those
around me causing them to be concerned.

We can seek medical assistance like anxiety medicine or sleep
aids. I often feel like medicine is in different forms. Sometimes
its a matter of faking it til' we make it. Think it and believe that
there is nothing but joy in store for ourselves. The boogie man/
woman has vacated the premises.

We are not alone. But we will have roller coaster rides throughout
life so I say we Love our-self when we are in a tizzy and love our-self
when we are looking frizzy. This too shall pass.
Shaken not Stirred.
