Over the Labor Day weekend, a few hispanics started speaking ill about other hispanics who have made pacts with white supremacists in York County, Pennsylvania, in order to have their businesses left alone. They also spoke of hispanics who go against black people is left alone by Immigration. One hispanic male claimed that blacks in downtown York, Pennsylvania, are being treated as third class people, and not even citizens. He has witnessed on several occasions white supremacists speaking with hispanics against blacks. And since the conspiracies hispanics try and start fights with blacks whuich end up being handled by police. There are a group of hispanics that hang out in front of the Halal Market on West Market Street, who scream derogatory remarks at nearly every blackman who walks past them. Certain people say there is a culture of pure evil in York which lays on the back of blackmen. Several hispanics further claim that the Ctown Grocery store (717) 848-5480, located at: 131-139 N. Duke Street in York, Pennsylvania, is ran by hispanics who think they are better than blacks. The cashiers are rude to black customers and personel watches black customers as if they will steal from their store. They target all blackmen, not just one who seems to be dressed poorly. They s[peak to blackmen as if they are all uneducated. And according to a female who knows a hispanic female that works at the grocery store, she reveals that black people are dogged because their race won't work together and get their own grocery stores. They call black people in York complete bums. Ctown grocery is very high priced and they do this in hopes of deterring away black customers. Hispanics don't need blacks in their corner until they are being discriminated against by white supremacists.
Many blackmen say its almost impossible to cry racial discrimination in York because the majority of black females, who are mostly from Maryland, will claim that there is no racism in York, due to having good paying jobs and even given rewards for rebutting racial discrimination claims. When white supremacists or racist hispanics target and listreat blacks, the blacks take out their frustrations on one another. A young child was just buried on August 31, 2019, as a result of this.
A hispanic male claims that a little over one week ago, near Queens Street in downtown York, a blackman took a shot at another blackman, missing him and shooting the man's son in the head. The child died and had a funeral on August 31, 2019. Many blacks from Maryland are very sick with a slave mentality sort of infection, and need their brains updated on knowledge of self. The shooter, Seth A. Ator, was fired from his job with a trucking company mere hours before he opened fire at a state trooper when pulled over for failing to signal a turn at around 3:17pm local time on Saturday, the New York Times reported, citing police sources. Without disclosing the company’s name, the sources said that the gunman had been given the sack that very morning. Whether this was what set off Ator is the subject of speculation, with police remaining tight-lipped about the shooter’s motive. However, if that turns out to be the case, it would not be the first time a disgruntled former employee had flipped out and went on a shooting spree. In a shooting in Aurora, Illinois last February, Gary Martin gunned down five of his colleagues after being fired from his job of 15 years at a manufacturing company. Like Ator, Martin had a previous criminal record. In 2001, the Odessa gunman was arrested on misdemeanor charges for criminal trespass and evading arrest. There were also reports that he had brandished a rifle in front of a neighbor, while admonishing her for leaving trash at a nearby dumpster.
After injuring the state trooper, Ator proceeded to move towards Odessa while shooting at motorists at random. Photos of bullet-ridden cars at various locations across the city have surfaced online, with police saying that they are investigating over 15 crime scenes, including a car dealership and a shopping mall. At one point of the chase, the gunman switched cars, hijacking a postal van and killing the female driver. The gunman was eventually taken down at Cinergy Movie Theater in Odessa. The showdown with Ator saw a police vehicle ram the suspect’s van before a tense shootout between officers and the gunman. Police initially refused to identify the suspect, saying that they do not want to give him any publicity. However, this prompted some to accuse law enforcement of racial bias after the shooter was initially identified as a “caucasian male in his 30s.”

When we hear of groups that focus on what victimizes them, it may arouse a sense of cynicism and with it we start seeing a growing group of people that become isolated and alone. We tend to wonder if people are starting to lose their grip on reality. However, reality is what we tell each other it is. We live in times where we are seeing sanity and insanity switching places all the time and the terrifying thing about this is that with all of the extremes we are now seeing in the world – those that were once considered sane are now being thwarted by those who appear to be insane and when the insane gain the power, many of us will find ourselves being targeted and with the technology that is available we may even see a time where someone can not only steal your identity but also your free will. We have preachers and even government officials telling us that the time is short and that we all need to conform to some kind of agenda where the authorities tell us how to think rather than giving us the resources to think, grow, and innovate. We are supposed to be the masters of our own destiny, we are the innovators, and we should be able to control and use our innovations with wisdom. However, with every new innovation comes the potential for people to take what can be seen as valuable tools and transform them into formidable weaponry.
When we think of weapons, we think of guns, knives, tanks, bombs and the implements of war. But there are other weapons of conquest that don’t necessarily wind up on the political radar for removal. Words can be used as weapons, ideas, and philosophies when backed with hate can encourage civil upheavals and with when people become antagonized they can be seen as targets of suspicion. The government has used trauma and false flag events to trigger emotional responses to incidents that show that life can be fragile. It appears that when there is public fear, there always seems to be a special interest group which has a solution that most certainly will put a halt to what little rights you have left. The surveillance state is a government’s surveillance of large numbers of citizens. The growth of state surveillance has led to concerns about the erosion of privacy and civil liberties. Now, through the use of red flag laws, behavioral threat assessments, and pre-crime policing prevention programs, the government is laying the groundwork that would allow it to weaponize the label of mental illness as a means of exiling those whistleblowers, dissidents and freedom fighters who refuse to march in lockstep with what it dictates. It can be said in a grim way that the government has devised a brilliant way to immobilize and disarm its critics. It is most certainly the most diabolic move that they have made in years. With one stroke of a pen or tip from the internet, individuals can be labeled mentally ill, they can be locked up against their will and stripped of their constitutional rights. What is even more diabolical is that the very same government has the tools necessary to harass people with what are called active denial weapons and focused mental tortures that can be specifically targeted at individuals that have made the mistake of either whistleblowing or running afoul with a corporate, military or government entity.
We all have heard of the government’s plan to identify and disable, anyone that they see as a potential threat. We are also hearing of how advanced technology can be used to push you and your mind in directions they would certainly never go, and when you engage in unfamiliar activities you are left wondering if you did it because you are having a psychotic break or if something is contributing to some unexplained behavior. In 2019, people are bombarded with so much stimulation that they are being reduced to passivity. And in order to be thrilled or even shocked there is stimulation so intense that it has the person close to near-death, or even to experience the feeling of dying, to know true intense stimulation. In 2019, like we are witnessing in Hong Kong right now, its difficult to start a revolution because what is not being tooken into account is how easy it is to distract the person, and how easy it is to use drugs and advanced technology to target Americans, and the chinese people, like lab rats and have them do things that they would have no control over. The Illuminati is saying about people in China, and within America, that the only way that they can gather what little independence they have is to love their servitude. Once again, they would have to give in to the gaslighting and manipulation brought on by brain technologies and drugs that are meant to steal a person’s cognitive liberty. If you think this sounds like some sort of MK Ultra plan to brainwash the masses, then you are correct. If you think that the jackboot will be at your door asking you to give up your personal property on the grounds that they deem you dangerous, you are also correct. Taking the techniques of persuasion and information and true propaganda that we have learned to apply nationally in war, and deliberately bending them to the international tasks of peace, if necessary utilizing them, to “overcome the resistance of millions” to desirable change. However, today propaganda is not enough. We are now backing it with electronic manipulation, and while algorithms are simple tools in shaping the mind, there are more advanced methods of torture that targets the individual making their lives a total nightmare.
An important point to consider, however, is that the government is not merely targeting individuals who are voicing their discontent so much as it is locking up individuals trained in military warfare who are voicing feelings of discontent. In fact, a lot of targeted individuals are veterans, whistleblowers, and political activists. In November 2016, some three weeks after the new president was elected, an American working at the U.S. Embassy in Havana (some call him Patient Zero) complained that he had heard strange noises outside his home. “It was annoying to the point where you had to go in the house and close all the windows and doors and turn up the TV,” the diplomat told ProPublica. Zero discussed the sound with his next-door neighbor, who also worked at the embassy. The neighbor said, yeah, he too had heard noises, which he described as “mechanical-sounding.” Several months later, a third staffer at the embassy described suffering from hearing loss he associated with a strange sound. Before long, more and more people at the embassy were talking about it. They, too, started to get sick. The symptoms were as diverse as they were terrifying—memory loss, mental stupor, hearing problems, headaches. In all, some two dozen people were eventually evacuated for testing and treatment. The outbreak at the U.S. Embassy in Cuba wasn’t the only mysterious illness to pop up in the headlines. Around the same time that embassy officials were preparing to fly home, more than 20 students at an Oklahoma high school suddenly came down with baffling symptoms—uncontrollable muscle spasms and even paralysis. A few years before, a similar incident at a school in upstate New York had caught the attention of the local Fox News affiliate, which sent parents into a panic over the possibility that their children had been stricken by an unidentified immune disorder. But the Cuban mystery, the Trump administration insisted, was different. It was not some environmental mishap, but something far more diabolical. Encouraged by U.S. officials, the story emerged that these incidents were an “attack”—in the case of the diplomats they were calling it an act of war.
Some kind of “acoustic weapon” had been secretly aimed at these individuals. What is most disconcerting is that it is not some conspiracy or secret that the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, had long been working to develop an arsenal of sound and active denial weapons . The Pentagon was also proud of a weapon that used lasers to beam messages into the minds of soldiers and civilians. Some of these weapons you may have heard of: there is the MEDUSA, which stands for MOB EXCESS DETERRENT USING SILENT AUDIO and LRAD which stands for LONG RANGE ACOUSTIC DEVICE. These weapons are known to cause excruciating pain when used on a targeted individual. The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate is a project aimed at developing new technologies that can both enhance brain function and also shut down parts of the brain to disable a person for apprehension. There is also news technologies provided by the Pentagon that are able to transmit clear snippets of human speech across long distances into the brain. To accomplish this task, the weapon uses a principle called the Laser-Induced Plasma Effect, which involves firing an incredibly powerful laser to create a ball of plasma, then shooting a second laser to oscillate the plasma, creating sound waves. With enough laser bursts fired at the right frequencies, the plasma vibrations can actually mimic human speech. This technology will enable military personnel to target specific people with messages or warnings while putting themselves at minimal risk. The talking laser has been called a communication tool; however, slight variations can make the weapon useful for more aggressive controls on individuals and crowds. For example, JNLWP scientists are also testing plasma lasers that can burn through clothing to irritate human skin, and lasers that can pulse at frequencies similar to flash-bang grenades.
Weapons such as these have allegedly been used by criminal elements that have targeted individuals who claim they are victims of gang stalking. According to an official 2009 U.S. Department of Justice document release on stalking crimes in America, 13.1% of the three million, three hundred ninety eight thousand, six hundred thirty U.S. citizens that reported stalking crimes to the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006 alone, reported that they were stalked by a group of 3 or more people. So that amounts to well over 441,800 people who reported being subject to organized stalking, to the DOJ survey alone, in other words, this report doesn’t include all reportage of organized stalking crimes to the police, FBI, and related authorities in 2006, only those victims that happened to hear about, and report to, the U.S. Department of Justice “Stalking Victimization Survey”, in the year 2006… This official document adds irrefutable credence, to the scale of the organized stalking epidemic, and further proves a massive and widespread “concurrence of claim” in the United States. Now mind you, mind control devices don’t have to be so advanced to condition the victim into submission. They can use microwave technology to beam voices into your heads. Smart Watches are a gateway device for creating artificial telepathy. The watch is used to be an electronic assistant to the phone. It becomes a convenience to use a watch instead of looking at the phone. The exercise acclimates the consumer into the habit of “think, tap, and receive” – an exercise that eventually will become a mental imperative similar to brushing one’s teeth or automatically using a car signal to make a turn. No longer will you have to physically answer your phone or your watch. You will think, tap a part of your skull and then hear a voice through technology which has already been developed by the military.
So beware of the microelectronic device that can communicate wirelessly with any other Cerebrum Communicator in the world. Once implanted in the brain, the user needs to just think of the number of the person they wish to reach, and are instantly connected, thus eliminating the need for the phone company’s massive and expensive-to-maintain wired infrastructure. This type of technology is also being used to send telepathic commercials or thoughts where brands or brand names would flash into your head, and by the power of suggestion, McDonalds can send you a message about a value deal on Big Macs and Lund time, or Starbucks can send you a mental “treat receipt” reminding you that after 2:00 PM, you can have a delicious latte for a pick me up. In 2019, this technology is known as Voice-to-Skull technology, Neurophone technology and microwave tech that can generate artificial telepathy. Some call it artificial schizophrenia or political control technology. Neurophones are not really phones but are known as a bio-hacker for the brain. It is a handheld device that emits a subtle ultrasonic frequency to create left/right brain synchronization through two transducers that are applied to the user’s forehead. The Neurophone can be worn while sleeping and includes an audio jack in which you may connect sound, theoretically enabling auditory learning while you are unconscious. Literally, reprogramming the brain in dream time. While Neurophones are available commercially, the idea of answering a cell phone in your head is not commercially available yet, but it is coming very soon. The use of voice-to-skull technology, LRAD tech and other forms of artificial telepathy is being used as a tool for the military. While most people think private enterprise is responsible for innovation, a great deal of the technology Americans rely on comes the U.S. military.
Over the years, the military, and the private enterprises developing products for the military, have created some of the most important products we use today. Some of the inventions have been less groundbreaking than others, such as Silly Putty and Aviator sunglasses. But some military research also directly led to significant innovations such as the microwave oven and the GPS. The military has now developed Long-Range Acoustics or LRAD systems that they can use to emit sound that completely misses the ears and goes directly into your head. The LRAD beam was originally used to emit a loud sound to apprehend disable someone. Now it is being used to send spoken messages up to 300 meters. Oddly enough, the LRAD system has been nicknamed the ‘Voice of God’. Concerns about microwaves, V2K (Voice to Skull technology) and how it creates, artificial telepathy and mind control date to the 1960s, when the U.S. government discovered that its embassy in Moscow was being bombarded by low-level electromagnetic radiation. In 1965, according to declassified Defense Department documents, the Pentagon, at the behest of the White House, launched Project Pandora, top-secret research to explore the behavioral and biological effects of low-level microwaves. For approximately four years, the Pentagon conducted secret research: zapping monkeys, exposing unwitting sailors to microwave radiation and conducting a host of other unusual experiments. They were sub-projects of Project Pandora and were titled Project Bizarre. The results were mixed, and the program was plagued by disagreements and scientific squabbles. The “Moscow signal,” as it was called, was eventually attributed to eavesdropping, not mind control, and Pandora ended in 1970. And with it, the military’s research into so-called non-thermal microwave effects seemed to die out, at least in the unclassified realm.
However after Project Pandora there are many citizens who were reporting that they were hearing voices and thought they were losing their minds. The word had gone out that this voice-to-skull technology or the Voice of God technology was being used as a form of gang stalking. The victims are known as T.I. or targeted individuals. Tactics of predatory gang stalking include highly-coordinated surveillance, hidden cameras, conversation bugging in private as well as public, harassment, and psychological, psychosocial, financial, and sometimes physical assaults on an individual by a large group of people who are often strangers to the targeted individual. A massive expansion of an online community battling “gang stalking” has occurred in recent years, with the spread of thousands of websites, videos and organized events for followers of the movement. Those who believe “gang stalkers” exist publicly and brazenly express their concerns that there is a systematic form of electronic and physical pursuit of “targeted individuals” being conducted by government and corporate entities. In fact, they have organized what is called national T.I. Day where rallies and marches have been organized all over the world to bring awareness to this issue. In countries where dissent is criminalized or made into an issue of mental illness, we will be hearing more about weapons that can be used to trigger phantom responses in the brain. We now live in a country that has a growing list—shared with fusion centers and law enforcement agencies—of ideologies, behaviors, affiliations and other characteristics that could flag someone as suspicious and result in their being labeled potential enemies of the state. The potential for the abuse of these silent weapons is not out of the question and even if these weapons are acquired by private agencies – it is still of the utmost importance to expose them in order to better understand what average people are up against.
