In Part 1, we covered many issues, but the main issue involved the disappearance of Mrs. Sarah Alley, the wife of a blackman. Both are from North Carolina. Mrs. Alley is unusual because of her affection for her husband. Since being in York, Pennsylvania, she has witnessed how caucasian females with black men really are. Countless women claim that they have blackmen mates for reasons other than love. And according to hispanics, many of the women secretly work with white supremacist males. Their intention is to take hold of the most dominant of blackmen. These women are considered the blackman's kryptonite. Take for an instance, the Chateau Motel (717) 757-1714, located at: 3951 East Market Street in York, Pennsylvania. The motel is owned by South Koreans but white supremacists call the shots. And since the blackman's wife disappeared there have been alot of conspiracies surrounding her disappearance. Young caucasian males were recently recorded staing that the Chateau Motel is a place with high conspiracies. And most blackmen with caucasian females, are under the control of white supremacist men. Mrs. Alley was considered a threat because she did not reveal personal information about her and her husband. Over 90% of the caucasian female population in York, who has a blackman for a mate, conspires with white supremacists. Parties who live near the SDtony Brook Elementary School on Silver Spur Drive in York say that the police won't look for a caucasian female with a blackman who doesn't have a history of calling police on him. Mrs. Alley submits a threat to white supremacist females who have their blackmen mates totally fooled! One young man who works near the Chateau Motel claims that when these threads go up police uses the caucasian female who stays in room #114 at the motel to rebut testimonies online, even though her black male mate is at work. She is also used as a lookout. Another female staying at the motel swears that she overheard the blackman from North Carolina asking the female in room $114 did she see his wife, and that she had been missing for nearly 4 days.

The caucasian female was kinjd of stand-offish, according to the female, and when she found out that Mrs. Alley was caucasian, she acted as if she had a hard time believing that a caucasian female would link with a powerful minded blackman such as him. White supremacist females know how to utilitize psychology against blackmen, knowing that many black women have their backs within the area. York, Pennsylvania, is a place that is doomed with high racism that the NAACP is even afraid to challenge. Their intentions is to deny everything, backed up by fabricated tales and testimonials. Mrs. Alley's husband truly believe that his wife was abducted by a network of white supremacists. They seek to re-educate her on white supremacy, and if she refuse, her life means nothing to them. Yopung people say that even police in York and Spingettsbury should not be trusted when it comes come helping interracial couples who haven't got white supremacists influence. Mrs. Alley's husband also contacted police and informed the female officer that his wife was missing. But everyone knows that when a blackman contacts caucasian police and make reports, caucasian cops always do an NCIC check on him before doing anything. This actually deters blackmen from seeking the assistance of police, even though they don't have any warrants. Its just the inconvenience of having checks ran on them just asking for help. One police officer from another County was within York, and informed the blackman that he can give up on finding his wife because if she wasn't for white power, then she isn't important to police in York County. Its a known fact that over 90% of the blackmen with caucasian females has had the females contact police on them. Black women within the area are highly materialistic and chooses lesbianism, or ssecret s*xual acts behind closed doors with white supremacist mates for money. York, a place where over half of the population lives below the poverty line, has some very unusual activities going on.

White supremacist females have blackmen believing that they seriously care about them. But the men, according to many young people, are under spells. One hispanic female who sometimes visit the Chteau Motel in York, claims that blackmen are under some sort of santeria spell. The black women have turned their backs on most blackmen, and with Baltimore under intense violence right now, people feel a bit more secure in York, even though white supremacists have networks within all forms of law enforcement, hospitals, churches, businesses, and the list goes on and on. If Mrs. Alley's body turn up dead you can best believe that many many white power freaks were involved. And insufficient investigations done by white power cops may conclude that eithern her death will be ruled a suicide or personal negligence on her part. White power freaks in 2019, just don't care about a caucasian female who has genuine love for a blackman who is her spouse. If they can't get these sort of women within their network of Satanism, then these women are considered threats. The blackman has traveled both high and low in search of his wife, but to no avail. And because he appears to be a strong blackman, both mentally and spiritually, most caucasians aren't receptive of his sort in York. York pushes agendas where black on black crime is the highest threat in black communities. And it was said that even if she was apprehended by police or others, her whereabouts won't be dislosed to her husband either. We know that many rebuttals will come out of York County, and within other places within Central Pennsylvania for that matter because white supremacists are on a serious mission here. Any blackman who travels around with an ankh and other Ancient Emblems is considered a major threat in the caucasian communities within Central Pennsylvania, and abroad. We pray that the blackman's wife is found without incident, but white supremacy in York County is brutal, calculative, and and is difficult to combat.

Many white power freaks, along with evil men hating black women in York County, engage in Voodoo. Voodoo is a dual religion, comprising both a divine and a satanic form, both a religion proper, and a tradition of witchcraft, the latter alone having been generally presented to the modern Westerners through Hollywood movies about zombies and other like phenomena. Voodoo considers light and darkness to be inseparable, you cannot be initiated into divine things without submitting to tribulations wrought by the sorcerers of the same fold; you cannot grow into a full-patched spiritual malefactor without sacrificing children begotten by luminous priests. White supremacist females say that a Jew is anybody having had for mother, or better still, for long-term mistress, a Jewess, or better still, ideally, a sorceress, a witch. Being a male Jew has nothing to do with circumcision, you don't get Jewish by the mere act of having your foreskin removed. You don't need to be circumcised to be Jewish, since women are more akin to judaism than men. In Conclusion: The facts about Hurricane Dorian: What is most chilling is that Dorian’s winds were clocked at 185 miles an hour with gusts up to 220 miles per hour. When wind speed rises above about 120 mph, it’s no longer possible to stay upright no matter how far you lean; you’ll start to slide backward across the ground and eventually you will be thrown head over heels. Sometimes 200 miles an hour winds can lift pavement off the ground – it most certainly can destroy landmass. Dorian’s winds have caused such complete destruction of Grand Bahama Island that not only are most structures gone, much of the island itself no longer exists above sea level. It is hard to imagine such destruction and even harder to imagine anyone surviving. The death toll among island inhabitants and tourists is expected to be horrifying. The media is saying that Dorian is a storm that is acting peculiar as it is moving slower than most hurricanes of its kind. However, what most people are not aware of is that the National Weather Center forecasters are monitoring four other tropical disturbances in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. One disturbance is located approximately 300 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands near West Africa. It has an 80 percent chance of forming into a tropical depression over the next 48 hours, and it has a 90 percent chance of forming over five days. It’s moving northwest across the eastern Atlantic. Another tropical disturbance is located in the south-central portion of the Gulf of Mexico and has a 60 percent chance of forming over the next 48 hours and a 70 percent chance of forming over the next five days. It’s moving westward toward the coast of eastern Mexico. The NHC is also monitoring a third disturbance several hundred miles south-southeast of Bermuda and has a 30 percent chance of forming over the next 48 hours and a 40 percent chance of forming over five days.

Meanwhile, a tropical wave expected to emerge between Africa and the Cabo Verde Islands only has a 40 percent chance of forming over the next five days. The NHC released the information on these four disturbances as of 4 p.m. on Monday, September 2. The deluge of chaotic weather is now having an impact on security decision making, particularly in the U.S. On June 5, the U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence held a hearing on the National Security Implications of Disruptions in the Climate Cycle. This hearing was unique in that it called witnesses Peter Kiemel from the National Intelligence Jeffrey Ringhausen from the Office of Naval Intelligence. Chairman Schiff commenced the discussion bringing up the Climate Change issue which he said was the “greatest long-term national security threat to the U.S.” Incidentally, the whole hurricane threat will certainly be showcased during a Democratic Town Hall meeting on CNN where democratic hopefuls will chime in on what their plan is to tackle Climate Change. And we’re past the point of thinking that government is going to be able to tackle this issue alone. We all know the challenges that this crisis will bring to bear if we don’t confront it – extreme weather, destruction of our coastlines, droughts, economic collapse, and more – it’s a daunting and nearly unfathomable thought. But it’s not too late to act, and as one of the most powerful people on earth – the future president of the United States will have the opportunity and responsibility to ensure we take action on day one.”

Laboratory experiments have found that people’s beliefs about global warming can be swayed by their immediate environment. Put someone in a hot room and they’re more likely to agree the planet is warming. Thirsty people become more alarmed by drought forecasts. Psychologists have suggested these visceral experiences make it easier for our brains to imagine future states of the world, and therefore make them seem more likely. An exceptionally hot or cold day, other studies have found, can play the same role. Some messengers have long realized that emotion and immediacy can be a powerful force. Climate Change fear-mongering is all about emotion and playing on the fears of those affected by severe weather. Back in 2005, after Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, many researchers responded cautiously, saying it was difficult to attribute a single event to Global Warming. A few noted that rising ocean temperatures could make hurricanes more destructive, on average, in the future. But even that was fairly abstract. Over time, that messaging has shifted. It is difficult to find a weather event anymore that isn’t said to be the worst on record or that it’s destruction is of biblical proportions or that becomes a moment to remind people that every severe storm that we have now is because of Global Warming even though we have had worse storms in the past and there was not one mention of it because it was not a political football used as an extortion tool. How can one argue that there is no Climate Change when temperatures soar in Europe or a major hurricane takes out most of the Bahamas? People act as though we never have experienced severe weather before we were told of Climate Change.

There are thousands of projects both researching and operating weather modification and/or geoengineering programs for various purposes. For example, the one highlighted earlier being funded by Bill Gates is for the purpose of reversing ‘global warming’ – their idea is to create a reflective ‘shield’ around the planet that is sort of large UV protective sunglasses for harmful radiation that is irradiating and heating up the planet. Sounds nice, but what are the side effects, and to what cost to the human body? How does it affect plants, wildlife, storms, supercycles, and other planetary ecosystems? Actually, this was a likely setup to make Trump look like a clown because the military has been looking into nuking hurricanes for more than 70 years: Yet the appeal of nuking hurricanes has never really gone away. The issue has been brought up so many times that NOAA has dedicated a webpage to debunking it: “During each hurricane season, there always appear suggestions that one should simply use nuclear weapons to try and destroy the storms,” the weather service writes. “Apart from the fact that this might not even alter the storm, this approach neglects the problem that the released radioactive fallout would fairly quickly move with the trade winds to affect land areas and cause devastating environmental problems. Needless to say, this is not a good idea.”-NOAA. By the way, it was quite telling that Hurricane Dorian was headed straight for Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Resort and then made a mysterious turn away at the last moment, headed straight for South Carolina. People can call that an act of God – or maybe we can say that there are no coincidences. Does anyone remember that last time this type of thing happened? The build-up and anticipation of such a storm was terrifying in and of itself.

On September 7th just days before Hurricane Irma made landfall in the United States, Senator Diane Feinstein had tweeted that the Appropriations Committee voted to fund the U.N. Climate Change panel. The Senate voted 16 to 14 to contribute $10 million to the United Nations’ Climate Change Agency. https://thehill.com/policy/energy-environm... The U.N. agency is responsible for international climate agreements like the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement. If you recall, the United States never joined Kyoto, and President Trump pulled out of the Paris Climate Accord. Trump called for an end to U.N. climate funding in his first budget proposal. His attitude changed because the United States faced a hurricane onslaught. Incidentally after it was announced that the money was going to be appropriated for UN Climate Change Agency, Hurricane Irma weakened from a category 5 to a Category 3 before she made landfall in Florida. Originally, Miami was expected to bear the brunt of the storm once it hit Florida but by Saturday morning, the storm’s trajectory had shifted westward, with Tampa, the Gulf Coast, and other parts of South Florida (including the Florida Keys) in line for the worst effects. Irma then weakened down to a Category 2 storm with sustained winds of 110 mph. A tide gauge measured water 2.2 feet above mean higher high water, which represented a 7-foot increase in the previous hour and a half, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Again, some amazing coincidences to take into account with regard to hurricane behavior after climate coffers are filled with money. It’s as if there is a gray area where we watch and wait to see if hurricanes are being used as tools of extortion. They are now being used as psychological tools so why not?

Back in 2012, we reported that A small group of leading climate scientists, financially supported by billionaires including Bill Gates, were lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale – the reason was to reverse the effects of Global Warming. Their strategies are to spray aerosols in the air to reverse the effect of global warming but chemtrails don’t exist and if you talk about them or point to them in the sky people will say you are a tin foil hat wearing lunatic. Yesterday, I posted a document on my Facebook page that lifted the veil on the money and the research going into weather control and geoengineering for profit. In a document called GEOENGINEERING PARTS I II and III — we read that there was a hearing held on November 5th, 2009, February 4, 2010 and March 18, 2010. https://globalintelhub.com/wp-content/uplo... In the first paragraph it states: “On Thursday, November 5, 2009, the House Committee on Science & Technology will hold a hearing entitled ‘‘Geoengineering: Assessing the Implications of Large-Scale Climate Intervention.’’ Geoengineering can be described as the deliberate large-scale modification of the earth’s climate systems for the purposes of counteracting climate change. Geoengineering is a controversial issue because of the high degree of uncertainty over potential environmental, economic and societal impacts, and the assertion that research and deployment of geoengineering diverts attention and resources from efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The purpose of this hearing is to provide an introduction to the concept of geoengineering, including the science and engineering underlying various proposals, potential environmental risks and benefits, associated domestic and international governance issues, research and development needs, and economic rationales both supporting and opposing the research and deployment of geoengineering activities.”

Under the title of Unilateral Deployment, it reads that it is possible for a non-governmental group or individual to undertake one of the higher-impact, lower-cost geoengineering initiatives unilaterally, perhaps without scientific support or any risk management strategy. The materials for stratospheric injections, for example, would be readily available and affordable to a small group or even a wealthy individual. For this reason and others, national and global security are also key concerns with geoengineering and international governance may be needed at the front end. Under the title, Moral Hazard, it reads: Another concern is that the public knowledge of widespread implementation of geoengineering represents a moral hazard, in which a person or group perceiving itself insulated from risk is more likely to engage in risky or detrimental behavior. The Royal Society suggests that there is a significant risk in large-scale efforts being treated as a ‘‘get out of jail free card,’’ in which carbon sensitive consumer decision-making for mitigation will wane. There is a selection that states that hurricane steering is also a probability using this technology to avoid planetary emergencies. “Examples of climate circumstances that would be candidates for the declaration of a planetary emergency would include rapid melting of the Greenland or Antarctic ice sheets, with attendant rapid sea-level rise, or a catastrophic increase in severe hurricanes and typhoons. Even so, stratospheric geoengineering should only be implemented if it could be determined that it would address these specific emergencies without causing worse problems. And there may be local means to deal with these specific issues that would not produce the risks of geoengineering. “ Beginning in 1947, General Electric, the U.S. Army Corps, the U.S. Air Force, and the Office of Naval Research began attempting to modify hurricanes. The main scientist behind the research was a Nobel Peace Prize-winning chemist named Irving Langmuir. While working as a chemist with GE, Langmuir began to hypothesize about manipulating hurricanes. In October 1947, the researchers decided to seed a hurricane with ice pellets. The hurricane had been drifting to the northeast into the Atlantic Ocean but after being seeded, the hurricane grew stronger and crashed into Savannah, Georgia.

There was a public backlash and threats of lawsuits against Langmuir and the research team. Despite Langmuir claiming responsibility for affecting the storm, researchers concluded his work did not cause the change in direction. The lawsuits were dropped, but Langmuir continued to work on weather modification. It’s not hard to imagine the U.S. military and General Electric wanting to distance themselves from the destruction by calling their own project a failure. Interestingly, Wikipedia references a 1965 article from the Sun-Sentinel titled “Betsy’s Turnaround Stirs Big Question.” (Betsy was another hurricane reported to have been modified.) The article, written more than a decade later, apparently reports that a hurricane in 1947 “went whacky” and that “[t]welve years later it was admitted the storm had in fact been seeded.” Unfortunately, there is not a digital copy of the article available to verify the claims on Wikipedia. Most reports on Project Cirrus claim the 1947 hurricane was the only attempt, but a look at records maintained by General Electric indicate there were several more tests on hurricanes. The records list Albuquerque, New Mexico; Mt. Washington, New Hampshire; Burbank, California; and several locations in New York as test sites for cloud seeding with silver iodide. Another section lists cloud seeding attempts in Honduras by Langmuir. The report stated: “In 1948 and 1949, Langmuir visited Honduras, Guatemala, and Costa Rica to study tropical cloud formations, and particularly to learn what was being done by Joe Silverthorne, a commercial cloud seeder, in seeding clouds for the United Fruit Company. The work was being conducted for the purpose of testing out the possibility of controlling rainfall, and particularly in the hope of stopping blow-downs that result from winds associated with thunderstorms, which occasionally destroy large stands of fruit trees.” More recent examples of attempts at weather modification involve programs known as Project Stormfury, Project Cirrus, and Operation Popeye. Project Stormfury was a U.S. government project aimed at weakening Tropical Cyclones by seeding them with silver iodide. From 1961 to 1971, researchers sprayed silver iodide into hurricanes, believing the super-cooled water might disrupt the structure of the storm. Officially, the project has been ruled a failure, but it was not the only attempt to manipulate weather in this time period.

One example of seeding a hurricane that may have actually been successful was Hurricane Betsy in 1965. As the Sun-Sentinel reported in 1965: “Hurricane Betsy was building strength; it looked like it was aiming for South Carolina, posing no threat to South Florida. But on Saturday, Sept. 4, the storm whirled to a stop, about 350 miles east of Jacksonville. When Betsy started moving again on Sunday, she had changed directions. The storm plowed through the Bahamas Monday night, then mauled South Florida a day later.” Officially, the U.S. government says Hurricane Betsy was designated to be seeded but that apparently, that decision was changed at the last moment. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration recalled the event on the 50th anniversary: “Dr. Joanne Simpson, Project Director, had ordered the fleet of Navy and Weather Bureau research aircraft to deploy to Puerto Rico on August 28th. Over the next two days, the planes monitored the storm’s slow progress toward the designated part of the ocean where they could carry out their weather modification experiments. By August 31st, Betsy had just managed to crawl into the area as a hurricane, so a seeding experiment was scheduled for the next day. The first aircraft had already taken off from Roosevelt Roads Naval Air Station, PR the morning of September 1st when word came from the National Hurricane Center that overnight Betsy had completed a loop in its track and was now headed southward and out of the allowed seeding area. The seeding experiments were called off and the mission changed to a ‘dry run’, where the same patterns were flown but no silver iodide was released into the storm. Unfortunately, no one informed the press which had been alerted to STORMFURY’s seeding intentions the previous day.”

The press and the public blamed the researchers for the 138 mph winds and destruction from Betsy. Congress was skeptical of further programs until the researchers were able to smooth things over. Obviously with the reports given in the GEOENGINEERING PARTS I II and III documents, various agencies of the U.S. government began heavily investing in studying weather modification following the destructive hurricane seasons of 2005 and 2008. The idea that the U.S. government could be experimenting with controlling or steering hurricanes may sound like fantasy, but the fact of the matter is the government continues to invest in hurricane modification research.
