It has been revealed that the Cell Phone Towers for both Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile have been under invasion in East Cleveland, Ohio, around or near the East Cleveland Public Library. The main reason they try and spy on the blackman from North Carolina is because they are no different than Black Devils, and how they live is much more sinister than what Dr. York would have allowed. Americans must keep in mind that the square in freemasonry is a symbol of morality. A plumb line or rectitude of conduct, the level, of equality, the beehive, of industry. Its true that the Amish wrote the laws which ties in with the criminal justice systems, but they were connected to the State of Israel, and together, freemasons brought about a billion dollar a year industry. The 13th Amendment states that no American shall be inflicted under involuntary servitude in America, unless they are in the jails or prisons of this country. So prisons is the new slave plantations! And a prisoner should look at all of the things that are denied them in jails and prisons. These are the same things that were denied them during historical slavery. Slavery is still very much alive folks. In 2018, there is more black adults under correctional control, in prisoner jail, from probation or parole, than were enslaved in 1850, a decade before the civil war began. Crime and crime rates don't drive mass incarceration to begin with. Incarceration rates have fluctuated over the years, going up, and going down. Black incarceration rates have consistently went up, regardless if crime was going up or going down, in any given community, or the nation as a whole. The so-called "war on drugs", which has been a major engine of mass incarceration, has targeted poor communities of color, especially blacks and latinos, even studies have consistently showed for decades that people of color are no more likely to use or sell drugs than caucasians.
Before 1964, the prison rate in America was composed of a majority of caucasian men. But the thing was that there wasn't a need for a strong police presence in black communities because black people were already controlled by Jim Crow laws; signs saying "blacks drink from this water fountain", or "blacks can't live in this neighborhood!" Black people were just controlled period, at that time. But after the Civil Rights Bill was passed in 1964, this is when the police presence became strong in black communities. And because the average citizen couldn't control black people prior to 1964, they came up with another strategy to have law enforcement to do it. Around 1964 and 1965, black communities were flooded with law enforcement, which is why the Black Panthers were started. It was started because of police brutality within black communities, committed mostly by Irish caucasian men. The Irish turning against blackmen happened during slavery. Blacks were given better positions, were labeled more obedient or trustworthy, and the Irish never forgot it. However, prisoners themselves represent a small percentage of the population under correctional control. In 2019, there's at least 7.7 million under correctional control, but only 1.3 or 1.4 million are in prison. The rest are on probation, or parole, who are overwhelmingly of non- violent drug offenses. The problem is that even if a black or latino don't get prison time, or even if they are lucky enough to just get felony probation, they're saddled or branded for the rest of their lives with a felony record. And the news media demonizes all felons daily, backed by the rich. The question is "who" is branded a criminal or a felon, and must live with that label for the rest of their lives; being denied the most basic of jobs, and having to work at Day Labor Agencies, or at Temporary Agencies? The dominant society said "if we don't need black labor anymore, what do we do with it?" They came up with incorporating blacks within the commercial system so that they would make money, without blacks having to do the labor of picking cotton or sugar cane. How do we make a more sophisticated system or plantation, where we can keep slaves? We'll criminalize nearly each and everything the blacks do!"
There are more than 1 million laws on the books now! Who needs 1 million laws unless you want to control a people's behavior? The police presence has always been in the black community because blacks are prisoners of war! The original police were slave catchers. There was no need to police a caucasian society. Police have always been about guarding property. (Note: Each and every black, latino, or Euroamerican, living in America with a Social Slave Number, now termed, "Social Security Number", is owned by a very wealthy caucasian or black family. And some slaves are being sold by families to other families, without their knowledge. At one time blacks, latinos, or caucasians, could buy back their freedom through the U.S. Court systems. Now the Court systems is burying these documents, and are making this information completely disappear in 2019) Anyway, police jobs get stretched out to a moral responsibility, and for public safety, later on in their developement. But the original concept of a police officer is to make sure that one's property stays with them. They are hired by the rich to protect the rich's property (black people, latinos, and caucasians). People of all races, who is chronically jobless are more likely to become violent than those who are not. And ghetto communities are areas of concentrated areas of poverty and joblessness. So there is no surprise that there are higher rates of violent crime, and this idea that something is wrong with blackmen that makes them more likely to be violent, or that something is wrong with black culture is lies from all of the evidence available in 2018. If America were to invest in communities with job creations that need it, without the white supremacist twist, and eradicate these areas of joblessness, we will also see racial disparity and violent crime disappear. But the Boule Society must not play a role for this to work for the people!

They will try and listening through walls, stand in front of other's doors and rooms seeking to overhear something that will give them an edge, or they will make up outright lies. And woe to the man who is victimized by this and takes his/her complaints to Facebook, or some other Social Website. Certain local police officers will then get involved and the man will have about 10 to 15 people posting things against him on the Social Websites, even though he may have never spoken to the accusers. This is a normal thing in America, and many feel that as long as they have police and secret societies backing them up then they have nothing to fear! Over 40 blackmen were assassinated in 2016, by police, as a result of these sort of tactics. Even in 2019, there have been multiple blackmen assassinated using these tactics. There are some so-called couples, who are together for sinister purposes. What we mean is that you can see a man and a woman with children, and you may think that they are a happy family. But in many cases, they are working undercover (FBI or CIA or Secret Society family) to get something done. Its just like many of today's Rappers. The early 20th century was a period of reconstruction. Marcus Garvey's "Back to Africa" Movement was in full swing. Garvey represented genuine Black leadership. W.E.B. Even when blacks complain about racist caucasian cops, there will almost always be some black or hispanic cop who would target the complainant, or someone close to them, in a way that may seem more sinister than what the racist cop did. Just because they may not gun down the black(s) doesn't mean that they won't violate the rights of black civilians! People tend to go to sleep on black cops when a racist caucasian cop has violated the rights of a back civilian. Black cops can be alien-human hybrids as well. What can be more damaging to a black community when a black cop, from the black community, starts exposing the way people think, act, and function, in black communities to parties who are engaged in genocidal policies, practices, and procedures. Black cops can be more lethal than caucasian cops because most of the time, especially in towns and cities where the black population is high, sadly, caucasian civilians are able to get away with what blacks can't get away with. And if a black looks strange, or is a new face, its black cops who'll go the extra mile in finding out everything about them. And many times white supremacist cops will obtain this information and shall target the black civilians. Many people have witnessed black cops whose pupils shifted from circular to slits. They have also watched their appearance change momentarily. So caucasian cops aren't the only alien-human hybrids. Even in California hundreds of people have spoken about shapeshifting cops, who target humans with serious intensity. And just as these cops have facial recogition technology in their vehicles, not all cops have this sort of technology. Many police cruisers are not all equipted with the same technology. Those who do possess facial recognition technology is tied in with many stores who also have the technology. Anytime Americans go into department stores, and many other business chains, facial recognition is tracking customers as they shop in stores. In fact, Retailers are using facial recognition to collect data about customers as they shop in stores, according to an IT company with insight into the space. They claim that one of the big things stores, and brick-and-mortar retailers are getting into now, is knowing their customers, and is tracking who's entering their mall or stores, and how they're behaving.
Many New World Order corporations further claim that the idea of having sensors and cameras to collect data about shoppers is the defining privacy issue of the age, explaining that retailers are investing considerable amounts of money into securing data and preventing data breaches. After the feds and the military breached Uber, so that further technologies could lift off with newer technologies, many New World Order corporations are stating that businesses have to be incredibly sensitive, and that customers should be careful about with whom they're entrusting their data. Showing an interest in a victim's plight have always been the way to reel in the [passive] American. Its nearly the same as Insecticide Companies who claim that their products are 100% safe. From scientific research, it was proved that spraying insecticides invoke a fear response. This mostly affects those who are phobic, bi-polar, claustrophobic, suffers from paranoia, et cetera. The insecticides heighten their already existent phobia to an unbearable level, which triggers murderers and serial killers. Then electronic devices involved relay messages that told them what to do specifically, with their fear, in order to alleviate it. Fear is the oldest tool of power! And if you are distracted by fear of those around you it keeps you from seeing the actions of those above, or in high places. Yet, all across America, when they use racist caucasians to kill black people, like in Hartford, Connecticut, where there are many unsolved murders, they claim that they couldn't find the killers, which is why Hartford has a high unsolved murder rate. The sad thing is that men can blow up buildings, and they can be nowhere near the crime scene, but the FBI and state officials can piece together the evidence and convict a person beyond a doubt. The labs can re-create out of the most microscopic detail, the motivation and circumstances to almost any murder, right down to a killer's attitude towards his/her mother, and that they are bed wetters.
But there is a mystery to a large number of unaccounted blackmen and women whose murders, up and down the eastern coast of the U.S., have gone unsolved, and the Feds with state officials, can't even put together enough info to indict. In Conclusion: The Sounds of Silence....A few weeks ago, there were swarms of earthquakes that rattled Missouri and areas of Kansas and Oklahoma. Missourians are accustomed to receiving alerts telling them to expect a tornado, thunderstorm, flood or another dangerous weather situation. Now it appears that authorities have asked for people to be prepared if the “Big One” happens. Some people are commenting that perhaps the authorities are overreacting and the media is using the mini quakes to somehow beef up ratings using fear and paranoia about a major earthquake in the region. Last time a major quake was felt in the region was the 1800s. The bottom line is that anything is possible and preparedness is not a bad idea, however, there seems to be some cynicism about what is triggering these quakes. Researchers at the U.S. Geological Survey suspect that hydraulic fracturing, a process in which water is used to remove oil from rocks deep underground may be the reason that these areas are seeing an increase of earthquakes, however, there are others that think that something else is at play. While earthquakes are becoming normal, there is also some concern that many of these areas have also become ground zero for severe weather patterns, which has triggered a new interest in an old idea that the government is back to conducting tests at the HAARP facility in Alaska. While most people familiar with conspiracy theory know of the HAARP project; many are unaware that another more dangerous ionospheric heater exists in Russia called the SURA project.

Since that time analysis has shown many types of ionospheric heating experiments have been carried out, and many interesting phenomena in electromagnetic field and plasma parameters have been observed in the topside ionosphere by the satellite, typically from High‐Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) and SURA heating facility. Plasma bursts are being detected coming from the SURA facility located near the small town of Vasilsursk about 100 km east of Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia, would have the same effects as HAARP, and can cause seismic movements in non-seismic areas – it also may be causing triggered mini quakes in the Midwest as well. SURA is capable of radiating about 190 MW, effective radiated power (PRE) on shortwave. It is currently being operated by the Research Institute of Radio NIRFI in Nizhny Novgorod. Current DEMETER‐SURA information that has been made available to the public shows that plasma density increases in the night hours, reaching 25–35% in amplitude, and during the morning or late evening hours the growth of plasma density in ducts was not higher than 1%. It was found that the mean size of the ducts along satellite pass was of 80–110 km.

Last January, the Polar Vortex unleashed a record cold snap across much of the U.S., but at least for the first part of winter; however, the same effects of the Polar Vortex has arrived early to many parts of the United States. The cold air has unexplainably moved directly from Siberia rather than straight from the North Pole, which is causing temperatures to dip anomalously normal for early November. The Siberian Express that usually shows up in December is expected to break at least 200 records with extremely low temperatures according to the National Weather Service.

According to Brzezinski, weather warfare and other high-tech weapons would be available to the leaders of some countries to launch covert weather attacks against other nations. He also specifically mentioned the use of “Directed Energy Weapons” for conducting what he described as secret warfare. Directed Energy Weapons were used by US forces in the Middle East to knock out electronics, induce psychological passivity, and possibly even melt people and vehicles. The name HELIOS as an acronym is a very powerful one considering that HELIOS was a God that represented the power derived from the sun.
There are some fringe analysts that are speculating that many of the wildfires in California have been sparked by Directed Energy Weapons. HELIOS would be one of the first Department of Defense (DoD) contracts to mount an integrated laser cannon onto the U.S. Navy’s destroyers and possibly satellites to hit targets from space.

The 150 kilowatts laser cannon would be the most powerful directed energy weapon that will be used for war. The United Nations Weather Weapons Treaty of May 1977 warned that scientific and technical developments may open new possibilities with respect to modification of the environment and that the hostile use of these techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare. The US Air Force mentioned that the UN’s weather modification treaty, which prohibits the hostile use of weather modification, is not applicable because their attacks will not be large scale (encompassing several hundred km), long-lasting (several months in length), or result in serious injury to human life. Regarding the deception which will be used to mislead the enemy and create conditions of deniability, the US Air Force said that the enemy’s information systems would be spoofed so they’d make wrong decisions. The spoofing would also allow them to disguise their weather attacks, which they said would be indistinguishable from naturally occurring weather. The Naval Law Review’s 1998 article, A Primer on the Employment of Non-Lethal Weapons, stated that weather modification could be used as a Non Lethal weapon. However, force-multiplying storms are even causing a cold air mass from the arctic to drop earlier in the year certainly can have bad effects and cause climate alarmists to win arguments about weather and climate that has created property damage and loss of human life. The man-made climate change argument is good for political posturing but revealing high powered plasma operations would not be a topic that would wind up on some mainstream news report. Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich of Ohio attempted to ban weapons such as HAARP in October of 2001 by introducing the Space Preservation Act of 2001. This would have prohibited all land-based directed-energy weapons capable of manipulating the ionosphere to change the weather or attack people. Specific references were made to weapons capable of information war, mood management, and mind control.

A facility called the European Incoherent Scatter Radar (EISCAT) exists near Tromso in Norway. Other countries that have these “research” facilities include Peru, Ukraine, and Tadzhikistan. There is also the portable MIRAGE system that can power up almost anywhere. Officially, Science and Global Security do not mention SURA specifically or any other array site a contributor to earthquakes or any other weather anomalies, however, they do specifically state that ELF waves can trigger earthquakes and minor weather anomalies under certain conditions.
