FEBRUARY 1, 2020 There is a system of corruption taking place and it involves the ruthless blackmen and women who are in uniform. These men and women have been hand picked by the powers to be within their states, to carry out attacks on various levels. The Black Devil can be one of the most terrifyinf enemies within the black and latino communities not only within the United States, but also across the globe. Many black police and so-called bl;ack rent a cop (security guards) has accelerated their tactics in black communities against black people. This empowers white supremacist cops to be able to kill without discipline. Black cops are the ones who open the doorway for racist cops to assassinate black people because they conduct themselves in the same exact manner as white supremacist cops while dealing with black people. Black cops will make the same allegations against blacks that white supremacist cops allege which justifies killing black people. Even black security guards are carrying out attacks against blackmen. They must all claim that the blackman was either verbally abusive or was loud, which brings us to the Cleveland, Ohio, plight on January 30, 2020. In many of our threads we have spoken about conspiracies against a black Nuwaubian from North Carolina, who stays in East Cleveland, Ohio. Black cops are allowed to violate the rights of black people because, according to several black cops, its almost impossible to prove racial discrimination against a black cop who targets black people. Black cops and security guards are targeting blackmen in Cleveland, Ohio, and abroad, which involves alot of surveillance, mind control, manipulation of public figures within black communities, et cetera. The black Nuwaubian male from North Carolina has been a target because he has shared his factual opinions about the New World Order and what it entails for all Americans. Thus, he has been watched each time he leaves his home. And should he ride public transportation he is monitored, via, surveillance cameras on buses and trains which was confirmed to several of us by RTA employees in Cleveland, Ohio. And when he access Public Facilities and Agencies, usually the parties at those locations are told them about him by cops who has connections with those who appear to be perfect strangers. But in truth there are alot of alleged plain clothes wearing cops who try and pretend that they are just ordinary citizens, but at the same time they spread rumors about various blackmen they are following or is investigating under covert opts. However, the Nuwaubian from North Carolina, went to the Social Security Administration located at: 11601 Skaer Blvd in Cleveland, Ohio, in hopes of getting a Social Security card for the 4th time. Prior to January 30, 2020, he had been within that Social Security Office 3 or more times with the appropriate documentation to obtain a replacement card. But each time he went into the office, a black (light skinned) male seurity guard, who asks every blackman that walks through the door is he there for a Social Security card, targeted him which was confirmed by parties who were with the Nuwaubian from North Carolina. They knew there was a conspiracy against him and they kept a distance making the security guard think the Nuwaubian from North Carolina was alone. So after the Social Security Administration denied the Nuwaubian from accessing a Social Security card 4 times, the North Carolinian contacted parties in Maryland and at the Social Security hotline. The North Carolinian informed the Representatives that the Social Security Administration on Shaker Blvd in Cleveland, Ohio, had told him that the only way he can obatin a replacement card is either with a photo identification or a passport. But the Representatives on the hotline informed him that he can use medical records and medical insurance. But when parties walk into the Social Security Administration on Shaker Blvd in Cleveland, the security guard is the one who tells them what they must and must not have. This has been witnessed by hundreds of residents who are willing to testify to this. The security guard also, from surveillance cameras within the building, goes behind the window where the federal employees sit and talk to customers as if his job goes far beyond that of a security guard. However, the North Carolinian was told he wasn't going to get a card because he didn't have the appropriate documentation which turned out to be a lie. Everyone who has witnessed what the North Carolinian has been going through for months swore that there was a conspiracy against him which involved the security guard who has ties to very corrupt police officers in Cleveland, that monitor blackmen and women who are undesirables and block them from obtaining nearly everything they are trying to accomplish. So the North Carolinian informed the federal employees at the Social Security building that he was sent there by parties from the 1-800 number who swore that he had the necessary documents to obtain a replacement card. Unfortunately, the security guard at the Shaker Blvd location was determined to prohibit him from obtaining a card. He even got involved with the conversation involving a representative and the North Carolinian. The samrt thing is that the North Carolinian had his cell phone on voice recording which recorded the entire plight. They claimed that the North Carolinian raised his voice and not acting like a proper passive slave, so to speak. So the Nuwaubian from North Carolina left the building trying not to feed more into the lies which was being implemented by the security guard and those females who may or maynot were s*xually involved with the security guard while off duty. The North Carolinian contacted the national Social Security Administration once again and the Representative contacted the Shakler Blvd building personally, and spoke with a supervisor name Mr. Roach. She informed him that representatives at the branch was not allowing the North Carolinian to get a card and that something wasn't right at the branch. So she sent the Nuwaubian North Carolinian back to the building and he got a card. BUt as he was leaving out the building the security guard turned red with hatred and said, which was confirmed by two parties within the building at the time, "You wouldn't speak with me when you first came in like you had an attitude which is why you didn't get a card. The security guard was outright lying, and the North Carolinian replied, "you have a nice day."

The North Carolinian knows that the only way law enforcement and security guards can kill blackmen is by claiming that the blackmen were either verbally abusive or raised their voices. It was even stated by two of the customers once they got back to where the North Carolinian was that the security guard was talking after he left, claiming he didn't like the North Carolinian and wanted to get into a physical fight with him. He would have used his uniform and badge to justify and wrongdoing. which most law enforcement does in Cleveland. If security guards don't like you, they will start a physical altercation and then lie about it making it appear that the civilian is always wrong. Large numbers of women claim that the security guard at the Shaker Blvd Social Security feels that the security guard sits and opens up his legs trying to show them his ***** imprint. He walks around with his chest poked out as if he is looking for a physical fight at times. But only against blackmen. He dare not target a caucasian male like that or there will be trouble to pay. Blackmen are expendables and noone seems to care about their struggles daily. Black security guards and police usually, when they want to get rid of a blackman, will somehow use wording that provokes him to wrath, neglecting that its a job to stay out of jail and alive daily for just being a blackman. They put on those uniforms and literally transforms into an entirely different creature. Police and security guards are rewarded for the many blackmen and women they can cause problems with and for. Black cops are promoted based on how many blacks and latinos they arrest. Ohio police is sending a terrifyinf message all across the U.S. that the tactics they use should be applied everywhere. North Carolina got on board and cops went to serve warrants for a 20 year old blackman who ran because of the way they approached in a threatening manner. The State of Israel has been deeply involved with the police in the U.S. This is why cops are assassinating blackmen and black youth. They are also assassinating black women which gets very little public attention. So why is the State of Israel who influences police departments all across the globe permitted to exercise racism against so-called people of color? Why is Russia, the State of Israel, and China doing a number on America in 2020? With the State of Israel, we must understand that Judaism is considered a religion, but it acts like a race. Within that race, there is a hierarchy of privilege. Israelis can be broken down into two main categories: European "Ashkenazi" Jews and Middle Eastern "Mizrahi" Jews, which ties into both the U.S. and Russia. These two distinct subgroups also observe two distinct types of Judaism. Ashkenazi Judaism and Sephardic Judaism. Every Israeli Prime Minister has been a European, lighter skinned, Ashkenazi Jew. Only one figurehead President of Israel has been a darker skinned Mizrahi Jew, and he is currently in prison for raping one of his secretaries. The "caucasian" Ashkenazi Jews are the elite in Israel. The "darker" Mizrahi, or Arab Jews are a slightly lower caste. Mizrahi Jews look identical to their Arab Muslim and Christian cousins.
Israeli police and military are not politically correct. They racially profile people at every checkpoint, supermarket, movie theater, etc, which is what they order for American police despite their racial backgrounds. Americans have to keep in mind that each and every Politician must pledge their allegience to the State of Israel, or they won't get elected. It's a caste system, plain and simple, and what kids learn in childhood carries over into adulthood. That's the culture, which is also be forcefully imposed here in America. Going "down" the ladder, you have your Arab Muslim and Arab Christian Israelis. They're not Jewish. But more important, they aren't trusted. Israelis consider them a fifth column, ready and willing to rise up at a moments notice in rebellion. They secretly work with Saudi Arabia with these masonic mind control conspiracies for the sake of turning race against race, since most Arabs get into low income neighborhoods and drain them all of their wealth. There is a deep work at play when it comes to using Arabs in low income and black communities all across the globe. The Saudis fund these conspiracies and dictate how the Arab should think and function. And should the Arabs turn against their superior masters the funding would stop. So the chaos will go on until the entire planet is placed on global lockdown. All Israeli boys and girls must serve a mandatory military duty. They are conditioned to follow orders and to be desensitized to the "enemy." While Israeli schools, and even Jewish schools abroad, rely heavily on emotional manipulation of the holocaust, the Germans are no longer the hated enemy. The Arabs are. Thus, children are manipulated to turn their anger and hatred of Nazi Germany towards Arabs. In the words of my Israeli ex-wife, "A good Arab is a dead one." There is outright fear and hostility to the Palestinians living in the autonomous zones. It is a culture of racism and war, and there is no arguing it.The African migrant workers are treated the worst by far. They are truly the untouchables. In fact, I've never seen an African, other than an Ethiopian Jew, inside any Israeli home, mall or major supermarket. They almost invariably live in one area near the Central Bus Station in Tel Aviv, many homeless, most crowded in small rooms. The Israeli government doesn't know what to do with them, and it's a big problem. They live in slums, are treated terribly, and are looked at as feral cats or rats. They are called names, they are heavily discriminated against. And Israel is nothing like America in terms of "anchor babies." Being born in Israel does not guarantee one citizenship unless the baby is Jewish. For non-Jews born to non-citizens, the child is not a citizen and is subject to deportation. In truth, the conspiracies goes well beyond what normal humans can concieve. The Illuminati bankers responsible for the Bolshevik Revolution and the greatest mass murder in history control the United States today. Is America on the precipice of another "Red Terror"? There are some disturbing signs: Empowered by the "Patriot" Act, the Homeland Security Department could become a Cheka, (secret police) and FEMA's detention camps a gulag archipelago. In Conclusion: The Doomsday Clock has been moved within one hundred seconds to midnight. For the longest time, the scientists that are responsible for the Manhattan Project have created this imaginary clock that they arbitrarily move far away or closer to midnight to indicate how close we are coming to a virtual Armageddon. The truth is that these ‘Atomic scientists’ that warn us about how close we are coming to the end have no special authority when they give us their opinion on politics or military strategy. Its a matter of fact, the Doomsday Clock has about as much accuracy as Punxsutawney Phil predicting the winter weather. The only thing is that the groundhog tradition is harmless but a doomsday clock is becoming as annoying as the secular doomsayers that warn us of the expiration date we have because of climate change. The Doomsday Clock time is now much closer to midnight than it was during the Cuban Missile Crisis which had seven minutes when the world really was on the precipice of a nuclear holocaust. Maybe this information was lost in all of the Impeachment talk or in all of the worries of Climate change and this, in my opinion, is a problem. What was once used as an indicator of how close we are getting to doomsday is not even making an impact anymore. Even with it ending up 100 seconds before doomsday, the impact on world leaders and the media is the same as when you hit the snooze bar on your alarm clock. We are now asleep when it comes to the real dangers of not only nuclear war but radiation exposure from a proposed clean power source, nuclear energy. This clock has moved back and forth while lingering frighteningly close to midnight for more than 70 years and now we are seeing it clicking at 100 seconds. The real reason why the clock has now been positioned closer to midnight is not because of any nuclear threat but because of the wildfires in Australia and how they somehow connected to climate change. It once edged closer to midnight because of the election of Donald Trump and unproven fears that he would bush the big red button annihilating all of us in a mushroom cloud. The clock also moved closer to midnight citing fake news as a reason for putting us perilously close to doomsday – it was then that I questioned the purpose of a clock that was created by the very same scientists that put us in the crosshairs of doom with the Manhattan Project. The point is this: the Doomsday Clock is meant to warn us of impending nuclear annihilation – not some political maneuvering and warnings of climate agendas. Nuclear weapons could end human civilization in a day. The generation of greenhouse gases associated with human industrial activity won’t. If there is a crisis, it will be long term and likely to have devastating impacts, that will emerge over the long term and be spread unevenly across the globe. This type of showboating may set a dangerous precedent for a world that is already getting a constant barrage of doomsday messages about climate crisis to create a bridge to creating the global plantation by the year 2030. Psychologist Steven Pinker argues that the clock is anything but a scientific instrument. In Mr. Pinker’s view, the annual announcement is a publicity stunt that demeans the scientific community and makes the world seem more dangerous than it actually is. The clock has been a successful publicity stunt for years but a lot of people do not see it that way – they see it as something that is akin to a Defcon rating or a barometer that measures just how close we are to pushing the button and blowing us all to kingdom come. During the Impeachment hearing, Adam Schiff did what he does best – he actually used emotional improvisation as a way to convey what believes to be the truth. One thing that he mentioned really had nothing to do with Trump but it had everything to do with our relationship with Ukraine, Russia, and China. During the second day of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, Schiff said: “the United States aids Ukraine and her people so that we can fight Russia over there and we don’t have to fight Russia here.”

For years, we have seen Russia as an adversary but a secret war between the United States and Russia or China was usually considered a “conspiracy theory.” (Note: In truth the war is against the people of all 3 countries and around the world. Its just made to appear that all global leaders are at odds with each other. This was the trick placed on the minds of the masses)But Schiff raised the United States fighting Russia not just as a possibility, but as a statement of present fact. None of the Atomic Scientists in charge of setting the Doomsday Clock mentioned this. Or were we sleeping because the clock means absolutely nothing? The United States and Russia each possess over 6,000 nuclear weapons. Just a fraction of these is sufficient to kill billions of people and destroy human society. A war between these two countries, in other words, would be a cataclysmic disaster. And yet, the entire political establishment, from the Democrats with their anti-Russian hysteria to the Atomic Scientists’ idea that Trump threatens the entire world are preparing for a military conflict on a scale not seen since World War II. Schiff made the statement that our intelligence groups do not lie and that Trump believes Russian intelligence. Schiff also seems to think that he has a better grasp on intelligence and has already declared that we are at war with Russia. What timeline does he live in? If he is giving us a hint, then perhaps we should already move the Doomsday Clock to 10 seconds before midnight. The move to putting the clock at 100 seconds to midnight was carried out because according to the Atomic Scientists: “Civilization-ending nuclear war, whether started by design, blunder, or simple miscommunication, is a genuine possibility; Any belief that the threat of nuclear war has been vanquished is a mirage.” The report adds, “To say the world is nearer to doomsday today than during the Cold War… is to make a profound assertion that demands serious explanation.”
It also states that : “The international political infrastructure for controlling existential risk is degrading, leaving the world in a situation of high and rising threat. Global leaders are not responding appropriately to reduce this threat level and counteract the hollowing-out of international political institutions, negotiations, and agreements that aim to contain it. The result is a heightened and growing risk of disaster.” Last year, the United States withdrew from the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty, which prohibited the deployment of land-based missiles, including nuclear missiles, with ranges between 500 and 5,500 kilometers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjWL6OFd14... After withdrawing from the INF treaty in August, the Trump White House is moving rapidly ahead with a $1 trillion plan to expand, “modernize” and miniaturize the US nuclear arsenal, effectively putting US nuclear forces on a hair-trigger. The expansion of US nuclear forces is central to the Trump Administration’s refocus on preparations for “great-power conflict” with Russia and China, in line with its doctrine, announced in 2018, that “Inter-state strategic competition, not terrorism, is now the primary concern in US national security.”
The existing system of international relations and arms control treaties is slowly, but steadily crumbling. The Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty is dead, with both Washington and Moscow publicly developing previously banned short-to-medium range missiles. The New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) is also moving towards its end in 2021, and it is likely that New START will not be renewed. The United States, China, and Russia are developing hypersonic weapons, which are not limited by any existing arms control treaties. The major powers are preparing for a possible global conflict. The dismantlement of the system of international treaties is another factor increasing military tensions around the world. The public hardly ever debates the ever-present danger of a world with 10,000 nuclear weapons. People would rather not think about it. Nuclear disarmament – the real reason for the Doomsday Clock doesn’t seem to be an issue we are allowing nuclear weapons proliferation. The clock itself is set by policy and various agendas – putting things like Climate Change and politics into the mix makes the issue trivial. No matter who is president or whatever the climate, nuclear proliferation and the rumors of war should be a major issue. Not only is the Doomsday Clock unscientific, the factors of its setting are now dominated more by policy questions than scientific ones. The former may be important, but claiming that the authority of “atomic scientists” with regards to climate change and who is in the Whitehouse is highly inappropriate. Russia is actively working towards restoring lost Soviet capabilities and developing new strategic deterrence projects. One of them is the Dead Hand, also known as the Perimeter. The Dead Hand is the last line of deterrence in the event of a crippling nuclear strike. It entered into service in 1985, shortly after a major escalation in 1983, which had almost led to war between the US and the Soviet Union. It has been likened to a real-life doomsday machine. Upon activation and determination of an ongoing nuclear strike, the system sends out command missiles with special warheads that pass encrypted launch commands to all nuclear weapon carriers of the sea, air and ground components of the Russian Strategic Nuclear Forces. In peacetime conditions, the system is in suspension waiting for a turn-on command or an alarm signal from the missile attack early-warning system. It has a human “firewall,” for example, an on-duty officer who would switch it into the fully automated mode. Therefore, they tell us that there is no risk of an accidental or unauthorized missile launch. Having received a command or signal about missiles being launched from the territory of other countries, this Dead Hand goes into an automated combat mode. Through a wide-scale sensor network, it monitors signs of an incoming nuclear strike. The decision to launch command missiles is made by an autonomous control and command system – a complex pseudo-artificial intelligence system. The system receives and analyzes a variety of information about seismic activity, radiation, atmospheric pressure, and the intensity of chatter on military radio frequencies. It monitors telemetry from the observation posts of the strategic missile force and data from early warning systems. A dead hand system actually guarantees mutually assured destruction. While the Doomsday Clock marks the stroke of midnight as the hour of humanity’s annihilation, in reality, the multiple threats of climate change, pandemics and weaponized technology will more likely ring in an apocalypse that probably won’t be quick or final.
Some become philosophical and say that the clock warns us and perhaps encourages the world to avoid annihilation. But today the clock’s setting is determined more by concerns about how superpowers can engage in arms-control talks, about potentially reckless saber-rattling by world leaders, or about what policies would best reduce carbon emissions. Some see these issues as the talking points for some daunting questions, but not ones on which atomic scientists can claim special authority. When it comes to the apocalypse, it seems a lot of people wish to get into the act and while the Doomsday Clock has been seen as an indicator of how close we have come to doomsday, the very idea of continuing the stoking of the fires of the eschaton is a very very contagious affair as many people who think the clock has any credibility will set their alarm for the end of the world. The US military has made clear that its overriding concern today is how to effectively defend the likes of Taiwan and the Baltic states against a potential Chinese or Russian attack. It is clear that any such conflict risks escalation into nuclear war. The fact that every major power is rearming with nukes makes clear that this is the insanity not of individuals, but of a social class and a social order – that will fight to the death if need be to have the global government they wish to build from the ashes of the old. So, is it time to reset that Doomsday Clock? Should we retire it because it is either telling the wrong time or it has stopped at just seconds before we get the rude awakening?
