The first fruits of all our labor must be separated and brought to the sanctuary of God.

The fruit of the fourth years growth is holy and must be given to the priest.
Lev 19:23-25 23 And when ye shall come in to the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the fruit thereof as uncircumcised: three years shall it be as uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of. 24 But in the fourth year all the fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the Lord with all. 25 And in the fifth year shall ye eat of the fruit thereof, that it may yield unto you the increase thereof: I am the Lord your God. The priest must set the value of a person dedicated to God.
Lev 27:2-8 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the Lord, by thy estimation. 3 And thy estimation shall be: Of the male from twenty years old, even unto sixty years old: even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the Sanctuary. 4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels. 5 And if it be from five years old, even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 6 And if it be from a month old, even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male, five shekels of silver, and for the female, thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver. 7 And if it be from sixty years old, and above, if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 8 But if he bee poorer then thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him: according to his ability that vowed, shall the Priest value him. If one sins ignorantly regarding the Holy Offerings full restitution must be made adding a fifth of the value to it.
Lev 22:14-16 14 And if a man eat of the holy thing unwittingly, then he shall put the fift part thereof unto it; and shall give it unto the Priest, with the holy thing. 15 And they shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, which they offer unto the Lord: 16 Or suffer them to bare the iniquity of trespass, when they eat their holy things: for I the Lord do sanctify them. The priest must set the value of a field dedicated to God.
Lev 27:16-24 16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: A Homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. 17 If he sanctify his field from the year of Jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand. 18 But if he sanctify his field after the Jubilee, then the Priest shall reckon unto him the money, according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the Jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation. 19 And if he that sanctified the field, will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fift part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him. 20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. 21 But the field, when it goeth out in the Jubile, shall be holy unto the Lord, as a field devoted: the possession thereof shall be the Priests. 22 And if a man sanctify unto the Lord a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession: 23 Then the Priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the Jubile, and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the Lord. 24 In the year of the Jubile, the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong. The first portion of the grain offering must be given to the priest at the sanctuary of God.
Num 15:18-21 18 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land whither I bring you, 19 Then it shall be that when ye eat of the bread of the land, ye shall offer up a heave offering unto the Lord. 20 Ye shall offer up a cake of the first of your dough, for a heave offering: as ye doe the heave offering of the threshing floor, so shall ye heave it. 21 Of the first of your dough ye shall give unto the Lord, a heave offering in your generations. All Holy Offerings must be given to the priests at the sanctuary of God.
Num 18:8-14 8 And the Lord spake unto Aaron, Behold, I also have given thee the charge of mine heave offerings, of all the hallowed things of the children of Israel, unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons by an ordinance for ever. 9 This shall bee thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee, and for thy sons. 10 In the most holy place shalt thou eat it, every male shall eat it: it shall be holy unto thee. 11 And this is thine: the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offings of the children of Israel: I have given them unto thee, & to thy sons, and to thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever.: every one that is clean in thy house, shall eat of it. 12 All the best of the oil, and all the best of the wine, and of the wheat, the first fruits of them which they shall offer unto the Lord, them have I given thee. 13 And whatsoever is first ripe in the land, which they shall bring unto the Lord, shall be thine, every one that is clean in thine house, shall eat of it. 14 Every thing devoted in Israel, shall be thine. The First Tithe the first tenth of all our increase must be given to the Levites for their work in the sanctuary of God.
Num 18:21-26 21 And behold, I have given the children of Levi all the tenth in Israel, for an inheritance, for their service which they serve, even the service of the Tabernacle of the Congregation. 22 Neither must the children of Israel henceforth come nigh the Tabernacle of the Congregation, lest they bare sin , and die. 23 But the Levites shall doe the service of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and they shall bare their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever. throughout your generations, that among the children of Israel they have no inheritance. 24 But the tithes of the children of Israel which they offer as a heave offering unto the Lord, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. 25 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 26 Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes, which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave offering of it for the Lord, even a tenth part of the tithe. The priests and Levites must also tithe to the Work of God.
Num 18:24-32 24 But the tithes of the children of Israel which they offer as a heave offering unto the Lord, I have given to the Levites to inherit: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance. 25 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 26 Thus speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithes, which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave offering of it for the Lord, even a tenth part of the tithe. 27 And this your heave offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the corn of the threshing floor, and as the fullness of the wine press. 28 Thus you also shall offer a heave offering unto the Lord of all your tithes which ye receive of the children of Israel, and ye shall give thereof the Lords heave offering to Aaron the Priest. 29 Out of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave offering of the Lord, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof, out of it. 30 Therefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye have heaved the best thereof from it, then it shall be counted unto the Levites, as the increase of the threshing floor, and as the increase of the wine press. 31 And ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward for your service, in the Tabernacle of the Congregation. 32 And ye shall bare no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best of it: neither shall ye pollute the holy things of the children of Israel, lest ye die. The Second Tithe must be set aside for the Feasts of God.
Deut 14:23-26 23 And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his Name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the first-lings of thy herds, and of thy flocks: that thou mayest learn to fear the Lord thy God always. 24 And if the way bee too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it, or if the place be too far, from thee, which the Lord thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the Lord thy God hath blessed thee: 25 Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose. 26 And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the Lord thy God, and thou shalt rejoyce, thou and thine household. The Third Tithe must be set aside for the poor in the third and sixth years of the seven year cycle.
Deut 14:28-29 28 At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates. 29 And the Levite, because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow which are within thy gates, shall come and shall eat, and be satisfied, that the Lord thy God may bless thee, in all the work of thine hand which thou doest. The forgotten sheaves of a field that is reaped must be left for the poor.
Deut 24:19 When thou cuttest down thine harvest in thy field, and hast forgot a sheaf in the field, thou shalt not go again to fetch it: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hands. KJV 1611
Any remaining olives or grapes must be left for the poor.
Deut 24:20-21 20 When thou beatest thine olive tree thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. 21 When thou gatherest the grapes of thy vineyard, thou shalt not glean it afterward, it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow. Each household is to bring or send their tithes and offerings before God to the sanctuary.
Deut 26:2-4 2 That thou shalt take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that the Lord thy God giueth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place which the Lord thy God shall choose to place his Name there: 3 And thou shalt go unto the Priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto the Lord thy God, that I am come unto the country which the Lord swear unto our fathers for to give vs. 4 And the Priest shall take the basket out of thine hand, and set it down before the Altar of the Lord thy God. Tithes and Offerings must be presented to God with prayer.
Deut 26:12-19 12 When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase, the third year, which is the year of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled: 13 Then thou shalt say before the Lord thy God, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments, which thou hast commanded me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them. 14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of the Lord my God, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me. 15 look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given vs, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey. 16 This day the Lord thy God hath commanded thee to doe these Statutes and Judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and doe them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. 17 Thou hast avouched the Lord this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his Statutes, and his Commandments, and his Judgement, and to hearken unto his voice. 18 And the Lord hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his Commandments: 19 And to make thee high above all nations which he hath made, in praise and in name, and in honor, and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the Lord thy God, as he hath spoken.
