The police is the first line of the establishment's aggresive oppression and control of the Black American slave people. It is racism in the fabic of the White establishment.
The next link is the justice dept. is the courts and correctional institutions that have more Blacks confined for our race shows you that the justice dept. is another racist fabic of the White establish to suppress the Black American slave people.
Black America's only permenant solution is have our own land/country. God is going to do just that in my life-time.
