The 911 dispatcher asked and was told that Mr. Brooks was Black. The White racist system is designed to make the lives of their once slaves miserable. In the case of Mr. Brooks the systemic racisim in the system and in those two White cops caused Mr. Brooks' death.
The investigation an arm of the White racist system is there to legally justify the murder of Mr. Books and the cops go free.
In the equation beginning with the 911 call everhthing is working aganist Mr. Brooks especially when you see two White police men instead of maybe two Black police men!
Mr. Brooks had not an equal chance to survive and he was killed with two bullets in his back while he was running!
