Biden campaign spokesperson Mike Gwin, following the federal appeals court decision, said that "this election is over and Donald Trump lost" and argued "meritless lawsuits" will not change the outcome. "Desperate and embarrassingly meritless lawsuits like this one will continue to fail and will not change the fact that Joe Biden will be sworn in as President on January 20, 2021," added Gwin. That is two paragraphs sums it all up for me.
State and local election officials have said there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud, and both a federal court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court have dismissed lawsuits seeking to prevent the state from certifying the results of the election.
"The Campaign cannot win this lawsuit," the 3rd Circuit panel found Friday. "It conceded that it is not alleging election fraud. It has already raised and lost most of these state-law issues, and it cannot relitigate them here."
It’s Over and the people of Pennsylvania voices was heard both at the ballot box and in the courts because Giuliani had no proof, to presence.

Electing state of Electors is not my argument and you know it. You say there is plenty of proof.
Yes, outside of the court's Rudy tells you that he argues Fraud in the voting system but once he gets in court, he didn't argue or show any proof of FRAUD.

Watch and you wil hear the testifiers. Rudy has a 2 prong approach: He is working his way up to the Supreme Court, and he is urging the PA Assemblymen to not let this travesty stand. Like Trump said yesterday, there's a long way to go.
