KEY FIGURES TO MASS INCARCERATION AND VIOLENCE TOWARDS BLACKS IN WEST CLEVELAND, OHIO (320 hits)

I have a friend who is a friend of several police officers in Cleveland. He recently spoke about a guy living in West Cleveland name Charles Cyphert. Charles Cyphert has a black roommate and his roommate hears all sorts of racist stuff and plots against blacks and hispanics. Other people who knopw Charles Cyphert says one of his daughters name sherry is involved with some serious racist trends taking place in Cleveland. It was said that Charles and Sherry trext each other and call one another on a daily basis in order to add to ficticious and bogus reports and complaints agaionst someone black. A girl name Colleen spoke with a friend name Richard and she told Rich that he knew the Cyphert family and they are some saeriously racist people who does things behind the scenes. Rich says that Charles Cyphert use to stay at6 the Days Inn motel in Lakewood. He would lie and say people were sticking their hands in his pockets or they would smack him, even though he had no wounds. Charles got a nickname at the Days Inn and it was the poor white trash white supremacist. Charles proded himself on how much he could lie on blacks and hispanics and accuse them of attacks or assults he couldn't prove. But when he started plotting m,ore with his daughter, Sherry, she articulated the lies more to a point where police and others is taking the lies more seriously. Charles Cyphert spoke with a man who bought his beaten down green van and told him that he was going to be responsible for blacks and hispanics committing violence against each other during the weekend of December 18, 2020.

The friend's cop ties informed parties that since the above date, they have recieved a mass amount of 911 calls claiming that they were either being assulted or threats were made. It appears that XCharles is tied in with somwe white supremacist cops who are digging up dirt on blacks and hispanics, along with some Muslims. The perps act out events similar to a crime the person of color was accused of in the past which make them appear as if they would always be violent or verbally abusive. 911 Dispatcher in West Cleveland received a large amount of calls this weekend against blackmen alone. Charles even has some hispanics working with him to get rid of certain blacks. One black cop says he has attacked Nuwaubians, Sabians, and members of the Nation of Islam without them even noticing that accusations were being made against them. Charles sold the green van, according to a conversation someone overheard his daughter in North Ridgeville, Ohio, having, implying that he'll be able to move in stealth now. West Cleveland has a deep history of racism against people of color, and as Charles makes it known, white supremacists have accepted so-called hispanics on the westside before they would the nigg----. Charles roommate, who is a very intelligent blackman, over hear some of the craziest phone calls. When he is around the blackman he speaks against hispanics, and if they are walking too slow across the street he would try hitting them with the car. He also screams racist obscenities out of his car window when people blow their horns claiming he is just sitting in the middle of the street. It was also stated that Charles brags about how much euro-american police allow him to get away with because blacks and hispanics, for the past 7 days, have been given citations behind driving vehicles with someone elses name on the title and vehicle registration. Most of them was given tickets or were arrested, and because someone else's name were on vehicle documents this only allowed racist cops to dig further until they found something..
