Q: What is Telegram? What do I do here?
Telegram is a messaging app with a focus on speed and security, it’s super-fast, simple and free. You can use Telegram on all your devices at the same time — your messages sync seamlessly across any number of your phones, tablets or computers.

With Telegram, you can send messages, photos, videos and files of any type (doc, zip, mp3, etc), as well as create groups for up to 200,000 people or channels for broadcasting to unlimited audiences. You can write to your phone contacts and find people by their usernames. As a result, Telegram is like SMS and email combined — and can take care of all your personal or business messaging needs. In addition to this, we support end-to-end encrypted voice calls.

Q: Who is Telegram for?
Telegram is for everyone who wants fast and reliable messaging and calls. Business users and small teams may like the large groups, usernames, desktop apps and powerful file sharing options.

Q: How is Telegram different from WhatsApp?
Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram is a cloud-based messenger with seamless sync. As a result, you can access your messages from several devices at once, including tablets and computers, and share an unlimited number of photos, videos and files (doc, zip, mp3, etc.) of up to 2 GB each. And if you don't want to store all that data on your device, you can always keep it in the cloud.

Thanks to our multi-data center infrastructure and encryption, Telegram is faster and way more secure. On top of that, private messaging on Telegram is free and will stay free — no ads, no subscription fees, forever.

Q: How old is Telegram?
Telegram for iOS was launched on August 14, 2013. The alpha version of Telegram for Android officially launched on October 20, 2013. More and more Telegram clients appear, built by independent developers using Telegram's open platform.

Q: Which devices can I use?
You can use Telegram on smartphones, tablets, and even computers. We have apps for iOS (9.0 and above), Android (4.1 and up) and Windows Phone. You can also use Telegram's web version or install one of our desktop apps for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

You can log in to Telegram from as many of your devices as you like — all at the same time. Just use your main mobile phone number to log in everywhere.

Q: Who are the people behind Telegram?
Telegram is supported by Pavel Durov and his brother Nikolai. Pavel supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai's input is technological. To make Telegram possible, Nikolai developed a unique custom data protocol, which is open, secure and optimized for work with multiple data-centers. As a result, Telegram combines security, reliability and speed on any network.

Q: Where is Telegram based?
The Telegram development team is based in Dubai.

Most of the developers behind Telegram originally come from St. Petersburg, the city famous for its unprecedented number of highly skilled engineers. The Telegram team had to leave Russia due to local IT regulations and has tried a number of locations as its base, including Berlin, London and Singapore. We’re currently happy with Dubai, although are ready to relocate again if local regulations change.

Q: Will you have ads in my private chats and groups? Or sell my data? Or steal my beloved and enslave my children?

Q: How are you going to make money out of this?
We believe in fast and secure messaging that is also 100% free.

Our founder and CEO Pavel Durov, who financed Telegram throughout most of its history, has outlined a strategy to make Telegram sustainable in this post.

While Telegram will introduce monetization in 2021 to pay for the infrastructure and developer salaries, making profits will never be an end-goal for us.

Q: What are your thoughts on internet privacy?
Big internet companies like Facebook or Google have effectively hijacked the privacy discourse in the recent years. Their marketers managed to convince the public that the most important things about privacy are superficial tools that allow hiding your public posts from the people around you. Adding these superficial tools enables companies to calm down the public and change nothing in how they are turning over private data to marketers and other third parties.

At Telegram we think that the two most important components of Internet privacy should be instead:

Protecting your private conversations from snooping third parties, such as officials, employers, etc.
Protecting your personal data from third parties, such as marketers, advertisers, etc.
This is what everybody should care about, and these are some of our top priorities. Telegram's aim is to create a truly free messenger, without the usual caveats. This means that instead of diverting public attention with low-impact settings, we can afford to focus on the real privacy issues that exist in the modern world.

Q: What about GDPR?
New regulations regarding data privacy called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force in Europe on May 25, 2018. Since taking back our right to privacy was the reason we made Telegram, there wasn't much we had to change. We don’t use your data for ad targeting, we don’t sell it to others, and we're not part of any mafia family “family of companies.”

Telegram only keeps the information it needs to function as a feature-rich cloud service — for example, your cloud chats so that you can access them from any devices without using third-party backups, or your contacts so that you can rely on your existing social graph when messaging people on Telegram. Android users got a GDPR update with version 4.8.9 which allows more control over synced contacts and adds other privacy settings. On June, 1, Apple approved Telegram v.4.8.2 for iOS with these features.

Q: There's illegal content on Telegram. How do I take it down?
All Telegram chats and group chats are private amongst their participants. We do not process any requests related to them.

But sticker sets, channels, and bots on Telegram are publicly available. If you find sticker sets or bots on Telegram that you think are illegal, please ping us at abuse@telegram.org.

Q: A bot or channel is infringing on my copyright. What do I do?
All Telegram chats and group chats are private amongst their participants. We do not process any requests related to them. But sticker sets, channels, and bots on Telegram are publicly available.

If you see a bot, channel, or sticker set that is infringing on your copyright, kindly submit a complaint to dmca@telegram.org. Please note that such requests should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Q: Wait! 0_o Do you process take-down requests from third parties?
Our mission is to provide a secure means of communication that works everywhere on the planet. To do this in the places where it is most needed (and to continue distributing Telegram through the App Store and Google Play), we have to process legitimate requests to take down illegal public content (e.g., sticker sets, bots, and channels) within the app. For example, we can take down sticker sets that violate intellectual property rights or porn bots.

User-uploaded stickers sets, channels, and bots by third-party developers are not part of the core Telegram UI. Whenever we receive a complaint at abuse@telegram.org or dmca@telegram.org regarding the legality of public content, we perform the necessary legal checks and take it down when deemed appropriate.

Please note that this does not apply to local restrictions on freedom of speech. For example, if criticizing the government is illegal in some country, Telegram won't be a part of such politically motivated censorship. This goes against our founders' principles. While we do block terrorist (e.g. ISIS-related) bots and channels, we will not block anybody who peacefully expresses alternative opinions.

Q: My bot or sticker set was banned unfairly, what do I do?
If you think we banned your bot, channel, or sticker set for no apparent reasons, drop us a line at abuse@telegram.org.

Q: Do you process data requests?
Secret chats use end-to-end encryption, thanks to which we don't have any data to disclose.

To protect the data that is not covered by end-to-end encryption, Telegram uses a distributed infrastructure. Cloud chat data is stored in multiple data centers around the globe that are controlled by different legal entities spread across different jurisdictions. The relevant decryption keys are split into parts and are never kept in the same place as the data they protect. As a result, several court orders from different jurisdictions are required to force us to give up any data.

Thanks to this structure, we can ensure that no single government or block of like-minded countries can intrude on people's privacy and freedom of expression. Telegram can be forced to give up data only if an issue is grave and universal enough to pass the scrutiny of several different legal systems around the world.

To this day, we have disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments.

Like many of you, I am in shock by today's event, and then I realized why it had to happen and that Q told us it would happen and, why this NEEDED to happen. Q did tell us that a SCARE EVENT would be needed. Well, are you scared yet?
1.) Q posts 4821 and 4822, from Oct. 7th 2020, told us about Biden being sworn in and would the countries he took bribes from then be in control of the government. [Important point I will be coming back to].
2.) Biden had to take a private jet to Washington, D.C. and was not sent a government plan. This was the first time in history this has happened [Again, I will get back to it].
3.) Many of us assumed when Trump and those in his administration were referring to the next administration it meant the military. We expected him to step down (to remain neutral as Q said) while all this went down. Trump did say that the next administration would take over at noon today
Like many, I thought this was over when Biden was sworn in as he now became the CiC. Boy, was I wrong. Because of the fraud (as pointed out), if the military has the proof of it then they have a duty under military code to remove the false government and restore a new legal civilian government under military code 11.3 which triggered when Biden was sworn in today (Q#26: when 11.3 verifies as 1st marker).
There was a fear in the McCarthy era that the communists could take over our government, so provisions were put in place for the military to protect us should that happen. These provisions allow the military to take control while they remove the belligerent government and restore a legal civilian government (with the military running the elections to do that). Literally, the military was put in place as the last line of defense of the Constitution should an illegal government be installed.
This is why they didn't send a government plane for the President-Elect - because they know he is not a legitimate President and, once he was sworn in, the government became illegitimate (belligerent) and the military is now responsible for restoring legitimate civilian government (otherwise foreign powers will gain control - see #1 above).
Q said the end wouldn't be for everybody. We have been told by Trump. Flynn and others, that America would soon get a lesson in the Constitution. Well folks, effective at noon today, when Biden illegally swore in with assistance of foreign nations he just made the government illegitimate and effectively put the military in control.
So, while like many, I thought it was over when Biden was sworn in today, I realized Q told us it NEEDED to happen for the military to assume control without it being a military coup (Q said it all had to be done by the book).”

I have a lot of respect for all the anon community for the energy, the research, educating us... but none of us knows the plan, and if someone knew, he would not give it away directly. ALERT 🚨! Avoid DC and State Capitols this next week. The FBI alert message (from what I can tell) looks like a disinfo campaign to create media hysteria (my gut is that it may be a combo of Russian/Chinese/Iranian/Antifa/BLM) to disorient the US Security apparatuses and the American public To do the following:

1. Provide a reason to round up law-abiding patriots without question and with limited public scrutiny to label all that voted for Trump as insurrectionists, potentially giving former VP Biden the pretext to invoke the insurrection act
2. Ensure that the public forgets or simply accepts the massive scale of alleged fraud that occurred to “elect” the incoming administration. To brush under the rug any calls for investigating the elections.
3. Cancel an inauguration that was not going to be attended anyway. Fake ballots don’t translate well into live people that are afraid to be six feet apart in a cosmonaut suit.
4. Blame any violation of the law whether false flag or not, on Trump and those that support him as the catalyst to further shame and go after those that support free and fair elections and question the last election’s integrity.
5. Create an environment where it is palatable to remove former VP Biden and install Senator Harris in his place.

For the above reasons, I urge everyone to avoid DC and the State Capitols and instead use this time to close all accounts related to BigTech, stop giving them your money and start rebuilding your networks on Alt Tech platforms. Alt Comms, alt media, alt social media, alt banking, alt fundraising, alt payment processing alt everything! Make their stock prices go down to zero! If it doesn’t exist start organizing to build it. Then continue to audit and scrutinize those politicians and US company leaders that appear to be compromised by foreign actors. We will need to force election integrity with our $$$ and fundraising to those that have our interests in mind and defend the US Constitution.

From all the comments I see, people are now at the precipice of destruction, think about what you know, think about all those who know absolutely nothing, they are hearing mask mandates, forced vaccinations, censorship etc... Except most have been here day one. Too many influencers pushing dates, too many multiple answers or theories to a word or phrase too. All theories never real ****. Research done, things leaked- we know they’re bad. But my issue? All too many keyboard warriors. & this “the new 1776” & “I’m a patriot” bull****. Praying isn’t gonna save anything. All those acting comfy then disappearing when **** didn’t happen is the biggest problem. Then had to spin it again & too many fall for it. Not one person behind half of this talking would actually go 1776 or even know the true 1776 history & what those men lost- from work, homes, money, family & wives & children killed or kidnapped. They still fought. I can’t see at this point a single person doing a damn thing or truly stand up. Rally’s ain’t gonna do ****. Until the right figures that out & realizes the left is getting what they want by actually doing something- we won’t get ANYWHERE.

Holy ****, I just found out... 72 hour rule prohibits pre-trial arrests until at least 48 hours of proclaiming the military action, this would include the insurrection act which should have gone live Wed. at noon. That means that if this is what happened, the arrests will happen between Friday at noon until Saturday at noon.

All of the millions of vengeful, disgusting members of the Media and Social Media who took their lead from Nancy Pelosi and Congressional Democrats and stood before the world and LIED about the events of that day should be really ashamed!
It is now known that the Capitol Police had prior knowledge of this planned attack, provided to them by the FBI in the days leading up to the Jan.6 event. Capitol Police then appropriately notified the Congressional Sgt-at-Arms, (who reports directly to Pelosi), and at that time Capitol Police also requested NG presence. In fact, CP asked Pelosi and Mayor Bowser numerous times to call up NG for support and were turned down. Why? Reportedly, Pelosi, the DC Mayor, Schumer and others thought the “OPTICS WOULD BE BAD”????
Pelosi and others apparently knew in advance of the “attack” and It appears that this “insurgence” and the tragic events that followed were used by Pelosi & others as just one more last-ditch attempt by DC Democrats to damage President Trump’s name & legacy!
We now know the reason Pelosi rushed forward with that phony impeachment, before the facts had time to come out!
The members of Congress who stood and said the most vile things imaginable, in a public hearing, about our President showed the world just what despicable human beings some Americans can be. It was irresponsible of them to rush to judgement based on events that apparently were engineered/used by Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats in Congress in an attempt to ruin an honest, decent American’s life. I hope they pay a serious price, including removal from office. Democrats in America have become very dangerous people and the hate they harbor for those they consider to be “weak” is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Their lust for power is just beyond comprehension.
Fortunately for Americans, though, the Democrats’ underhanded tactics have once again been unable to get the better of Donald J. Trump. Again, in this the final week of his successful term, he comes out the winner yet again!
For more than four years, Pelosi, Schumer and the DC Democrats have tried time and time again to “get” Donald Trump and bring him down. He has been forced to endure Investigations that went on for months & months, (costing untold millions in taxpayer dollars), two impeachments based on fabricated “evidence” along with unrelenting lies and other “charges”, yet he maintains his dignity, holds his head up high, and continues go out every day and do the job he was elected to do. There has never been a finer President than Donald J. Trump. Thank you, Sir, for restoring Greatness to America!♥️

In the time I’ve been on Telegraph there have only been rules enforcing non-violence. Threats of banning from these threads are only from inciting violence. Sick of their “narrative”. They will not silence We The People.
