Black Americans are being forced to make decisions

A resource commonly used for making important decisions is critical thinking. A person knowing what thinking is necessary to make a decision about something often times will avoid the decision altogether. Then he does not have to think about it.

The Pandemic crisis facing America along with the heightened state of racism is forcing Black Americans to retrospect. Death rates among black people is not surprising as we are the majority of the front line workers. So is it death or perhaps look at other options.

Steve, if you was taken Zinc, it is a good possibility you could have kept your toes.

YOUR QUESTION: How much zinc?

Accelerates Wound Healing
Zinc is commonly used in hospitals as a treatment for burns, certain ulcers and other skin injuries (10Trusted Source).

Because this mineral plays critical roles in collagen synthesis, immune function and inflammatory response, it is necessary for proper healing.

In fact, your skin holds a relatively high amount — about 5% — of your body’s zinc content (11Trusted Source).

While a zinc deficiency can slow wound healing, supplementing with zinc can speed recovery in people with wounds.

For example, in a 12-week study in 60 people with diabetic foot ulcers, those treated with 200 mg of zinc per day experienced significant reductions in ulcer size compared to a placebo group (12Trusted Source).

I've been taking 50 mg of zinc and 25 mcg of D3 per day for protection from the Wuhan virus. I was worried it was too much because I had anemia combined with B12 deficiency (I had to do weekly shots for 6 weeks), and I read zinc could be a factor in B12 deficiency. 50 mg is already a big pill, x4 is a lot. How much do you take Ron?

Deacon Gray....It sounds like you have been doing research on immune boosting through the intake of natures chemical elements. More specifically, what we are speaking here is the sociological impact of a deadly pandemic and its tendency to uproot human communities. In exploitative societies, a pandemic can 'Make communities move from one place to another, if it gets down to life or death.

Steve, nice to hear you are doing well. It only makes good sense to enhance your body defenses in light of the Wuhan virus and Zinc supplement is an excellent choice. The question here, is what will a person do "offensively" in light of the spread and mutation of the virus. Sometimes, physical movement becomes a plausible solution.

Congratulations on your latest book Jamal. In my many interactions with the health care system I've often thought about bthe high proportion of African-American women in nursing postitions and what might be the reason. Do you have an opinion?

Thank You, Brother Abraham.
