FEBRUARY 8, 2021 On February 5, 2021, from the police first shift to later that night, blackmen were being stalked like ducks even if police didn't shoot them. There are hundreds of complaints between black people all across Cleveland who claimed that when they were either walking or was driving down Clark avenue in West Cleveland, police were on them like a fly on edibles. There are personal videos showing police, when seeing a blackman walking down the sidwalk on Clark avenue, slow down in their vehicles and stalk with intensity every blackman who they could see. There are even revelations that police were either spreading rumorsm about certain blackmen or had parties spreading rumors which lead to the a blackman being gunned down in the streets in West Cleveland, on Friday night, feberuary 5, 2021. Since Friday all sorts of things have been happening to blackmen all across Cleveland, Ohio, and many cops were stalking and hunting blackmen as if their were hunting ducks. There are alot of players involved, and it have even been revealed that such moves traced all the way to the White House. This may sound far fetched but we assure you that there is serious evidence supporting it. Also, there is an Arab owned gas station at the corner of Fulton road and Clark avenue. There are witnesses who claim that the arabs have been involved with covert opt missions against blackmen. Police and there many lying and illusional informants have been taking down blackmen with dreads, black 5 percenters, and the list goes on and on. What ever hell takes place at night between police and young blackmen it spreads to all blackmen being targeted during daylight hours. There have been serious rumors that many informants have been instructed to target Montu, aka, Muhammad WEury, who resides in West Cleveland, Dread, B-dog, some Folks or GD, and the blackman who have been continuously targeted by unbelievable sneaky and deceitful lying predators. And as for that Arab owned gas station at the corner of Fulton road and Clark avenue, there have been alot of people of color complaining that when they have used their debits and credit cards at this location mysterious actions and transactions have tooken lace on their statements. But statements from banks have been showing with drawals but not who thyese withdrawals were coming from. There have been people with disabilities, including partially blind people who have claimed that they were tricked by the arabs at this station. One customer remember a blind man going in who gave the Arab a $20 bill. He had only purchased $5 worth of stuf. He was given $3 back as a change. This goes on all day long at this and other Arab owned stores and gas stations. It have been repeatedly stated that Arab business owners are in cahoots with die hard Communists dead set on taking over America. And because of so many Americans being fixated on the Super Bowl, your neighborhoods are being ripped and torn a part. Complete chaos seems to happen after it gets dark and when it all comes down to whats happening, those targeted by the government and by others end up being the real targets. Take for an instance there can be a car jacking nearby you. Then there is someone in your neighborhood who have been speaking out and filing documents against he New World Order. What the car jacker and others are doing is the same as what BLM and ANTIFA has carried out all across the U.S. The police then pretend to be cracking down on crime but in some strange and weird way those who have legally pushed against the New World Order has become victims. This is the perfect takeover. The saying, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone really can’t apply to former President Donald Trump as he was as bad as the presidents before him, with the only exception of not starting a war. But maybe we might wish in the future that Trump was president due to the disdain held by his political opposition which prevented him from passing draconian laws and doing things without heavy scrutiny. Joe Biden’s administration, on the other hand, appears to have full clearance to introduce laws so Orwellian it would be shocking if they didn’t get these ideas straight from the pages of George Orwell’s infamous book 1984. Biden is not Trump, constantly being hounded by a media that scrutinizes his every move. Politically empowered, Biden’s administration will be able to get away with far more than Trump’s admin ever could. Trump’s rule was authoritarian, and some may even say somewhat of a dictatorship with the added caveat from groups like QAnon and diehard MAGA followers who would argue with you even if Trump was publicly seen committing a crime; in their mind the man could do no wrong, despite Trump being friends with Jeffrey Epstein and being accused of multiple accounts of rape by numerous women. But that’s a story for another day. Since Biden has taken office there has barely been a peep from the mainstream press about how Biden’s administration in his first two weeks alone has shown that may be far more fascist than Trump’s admin ever was. It’s quite shocking what proposals are coming out to be honest with you. The police state has expanded in a matter of weeks. Biden recently signed a mandate to require individuals to wear masks on federal property, for one. Secondly Biden stopped Trump’s border wall while leaked notes for journalists indicate he will be replacing it with a technological solution, utilizing facial recognition, and drones. And if that’s not enough, he’s hoping to pass a further “domestic terrorism” law, following the Capitol attack last month by various groups on the right including white supremacists.
NBC News, warns that using the “domestic terrorism” label will allow surveillance of unintended targets. NBC expressed that “our country’s leaders are invoking systems that have been — and will continue to be — used to target and harm Black and brown people.” But let’s take race out of the conversation and focus more on the different types of groups and ideologies that will be watched. I am willing to bet it will be the same ones that Obama’s DHS designated. Obama’s DHS didn’t hesitate to call those who believe in conspiracy theories potential right-wing terrorists, stating that the following points might make someone a terrorist in a study by the University of Maryland, which was funded in part by the Department of Homeland Security.
Americans who “are fiercely nationalistic, as opposed to universal and international in orientation”
Americans considering themselves “anti-global”
Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”
Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty (especially their right to own guns and be free of taxes)”
Americans exhibiting a belief in “conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty and a belief that one’s personal and/or national way of life is under attack”
More so, future presidents could expand upon that, targeting people protesting police brutality, ICE and immigration reform. In fact, the Trump administration did monitor people protesting police brutality and protesting the administration’s separation of immigrant families. Congress also created a federal definition of “domestic terrorism” in the Patriot Act that has been used to disproportionately and unjustly target individuals due to religious or political views, people with mental, intellectual disabilities, indigent people and others, with surveillance, investigation and in some cases prosecution. Basically, if you have a difference of opinion and want to stand up and protest you could be labeled as a “domestic terrorist” due to how broad the language is. Unless clearly defined, it can and will be exploited against anyone. Now, Biden can’t force states to pass a law requiring masks but he can urge states to do the same, and if you are on federal property now and without a mask you risk facing fines and even possible jail time. But while Biden can’t force you to wear a mask, he can impose a domestic terrorism law that will enhance the current police state in other ways. Although, the CDC has also now announced that masks are required to be worn on public transit as well. The CDC rules apply to any passengers, operators, or staff of any “aircraft, train, road vehicle, vessel…or other means of transport,” including “rideshares meaning arrangements where passengers travel in a privately owned road vehicle driven by its owner in connection with a fee or service.” The order also applies “on the premises of a transportation hub,” defined as “any airport, bus terminal, marina, seaport or other port, subway station, terminal (including any fixed facility at which passengers are picked-up or discharged), train station, U.S. port of entry, or any other location that provides transportation subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.”
Most may forget, but Joe Biden used to brag that he practically wrote the Patriot Act, the Bush-era law that allowed for increased government surveillance over citizenry. Biden was regularly claiming the Patriot Act was his own idea, bragging in an interview with the New Republic: “I drafted a terrorism bill after the Oklahoma City bombing. And the bill John Ashcroft sent up was my bill.” In fact, key parts of the Bush administration’s national security bill were taken from provisions contained in Biden’s own 1995 anti-terrorism bill which was originally called the Omnibus Counter-terrorism Act. If that’s not enough, while discussing the Patriot Act, Biden said that the bill was “measured and prudent” during an approving speech of the Act on the Senate floor. Yes, Biden’s ambitions and his administration’s own proposals for the country are well known and it’s not pretty. Trump may have given police military weapons under his presidency, but the Biden Congress is trying to expand digital surveillance with an online snitch police policy which aims to punish companies for not monitoring and reporting their users who espouse anti-government rhetoric deemed suspicious, even if peaceful. Meanwhile, the “See Something, Say Something Online Act,” which was introduced by Sen. Joe Manchin (D–W.Va.) a Democrat and not Trump, while co-sponsored by Sen. John Cornyn (R–Texas), is the latest attack on the FCC law known as Section 230, as well as freedom of speech and online privacy itself. The piece of legislation states that any service provider—that means ISPs, social media giants, small blogs, podcast hosting services, app stores, consumer review platforms, independent political forums, crowdfunding and Patreon-style sites, dating apps, newsletter services, and way more—will lose Section 230 protections if they fail to report any known user activity that might be deemed “suspicious,” within 30 days. “Suspicious” content is defined as any post, private message, comment, tag, transaction, or “any other user-generated content or transmission” that government officials determine “commits, facilitates, incites, promotes, or otherwise assists the commission of a major crime.” Major crimes are defined as anything involving violence, domestic, or international terrorism, to a “serious drug offense.” Yes, the Biden administration’s Congress is attempting to take the war on drugs online. So basically, anything the government says is “suspicious” needs to be reported by internet services and providers or they risk having their Section 230 protections stripped, which is the law that is supposed to protect businesses from being responsible for anything their users post online in their first place. So you might as well say that the See Something Say Something Online Act erodes Section 230 while trying to say the companies still have those protections. Mind you this is a bipartisan bill being pushed by both a Republican and Democrat, proving that if it’s about going after our rights both political parties can find a way to agree. Oh and the best part is if this does pass into law, a new agency will be created dedicated to accepting these Suspicious Transmission Activity Report (STARs) on suspicious individuals from companies; therefore, expanding big government.
But don’t expect Biden to turn down a bill like that. Joe Biden’s record on privacy issues extends back to at least 1994 when, as a U.S. Senator from Delaware, he introduced the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). The law required telecom carriers and manufacturers to design their equipment and services to ensure that they were accessible to surveillance by law enforcement, i.e., requiring them to create a backdoor. It was later expanded to cover broadband Internet and VoIP traffic. In other words, Biden is the single reason for encryption; and Phil Zimmerman, who created Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), an encryption program to secure communications, stated just that. CALEA additionally forces cell phone manufactures like Apple or Samsung to hand over hardware and software designs to law enforcement with a warrant. If snitching on your neighbors online wasn’t enough, how about a reality czar, which might as while be called the Ministry of Truth? Recently the New York Times reported that experts agreed we need a “reality czar”, as insane and dystopian as that sounds. The New York Times further said that Biden should set up a “cross-agency task force to tackle disinformation and domestic extremism, which would be led by this “reality czar.” If you think that’s far fetched, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has said that Congress is looking at controlling misinformation by “reining in our media environment.” “I do think that several members of Congress and some of my discussions have brought up media literacy because that is a part of what happened here,” Ocasio-Cortez said during a livestream. Adding, “And we’re going to have to figure out how we rein in our media environment so that you can’t just spew disinformation and misinformation. It’s one thing to have differing opinions, but it’s another thing entirely to just say things that are false.”
If these surveillance, domestic terrorism and other crazy bills that reduce our freedom and liberties pass in the House and Senate, they will surely be signed into law by Joe Biden without much resistance or pushback given his earlier history with the Patriot Act as discussed above. At the same time, though, Biden somehow brought himself to argue that metadata is “very, very intrusive” to the privacy of Americans, and asked perhaps the single most important question about the National Security Agency’s domestic spying in light of the revelations by Edward Snowden. In 2006, Biden said, “I don’t have to listen to your phone calls to know what you’re doing. If I know every single phone call that you made, I am able to determine every single person you talked to. I can get a pattern about your life that is very, very intrusive.” Adding, “The reason question here is, what do they do with this information that they collect that does not have anything to do with Al Qaeda?” It’s important to mention, however, that if Biden’s own Patriot Act didn’t pass, that surveillance never would have happened, so this is really just crocodile tears. The former Vice President also once warned and threatened foreign countries that there would be “consequences” if they granted NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden asylum. Besides Snowden, Biden has also called journalist Julian Assange a “hi-tech terrorist.” However, Biden claimed that if Assange had received the leaked material and he had not been working directly with Chelsea Manning to get it, he would be considered a journalist. “If he conspired to get these classified documents with a member of the U.S. military that is fundamentally different than if someone drops on your lap … you are a press person, here is classified material,” Biden said in 2010.
Thus it’s anyone’s guess what Biden would decide to do as President if any additional Orwellian bills come to his desk. One thing is for sure: he has already discussed backing an anti-domestic terrorism law. But whether he would further erode our privacy and domestic liberties remains to be seen. However, we know that Biden’s plans for immigration dwarf Trump’s by comparison when it comes to expanding surveillance. According to a report in The Nation, a leaked text of Biden’s immigration legislative proposal fact sheet to journalists, contains a section entitled: “Supplement existing border resources with technology and Infrastructure.” In that section it calls for additional funding to, “enhance the ability to process asylum seekers” and “manage and secure the southern border between ports of entry that focuses on flexible solutions and technologies that expand the ability to detect illicit activity.” This is essentially a virtual border wall formed with surveillance technology, drones and facial recognition cameras. In conclusion, this author predicts that while Trump was the president who openly implemented various fascist policies, Biden will be the president who expands both the police state and surveillance much further than Trump ever could due to lack of media scrutiny and full congressional support. Establishment media will likely ignore Biden as he passes fascist policies that take away more and more of our rights in the name of the excuse of fighting terrorism, domestic extremism and protecting national security. Trump was the growing tumor to the nation, and Biden will be the cancer, there is not much of a difference except party affiliation. Shortly before he took office, President Joe Biden announced that he would be elevating the director Office of Science and Technology Policy to a cabinet-level position, meaning that his nominee to lead that office, geneticist Eric Lander, would require confirmation by the US Senate. Lander is currently serving as director of that office but has yet to serve in cabinet-level capacity as he awaits confirmation. Mainstream media reports described Biden’s move to place Lander in his cabinet as “meant to highlight his commitment to science,” which has been used to contrast his approach with that of Trump, who was accused of second-guessing “authoritative” voices from academia and the medical establishment. Lander is deemed to be one such “authoritative” voice, having previously served as external co-chair on former President Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. However, Biden placing Lander in this role begs the question of exactly what type of science he will promote in his new position. as eugenicist and intelligence-linked pedophile Jeffrey Epstein bragged on his website about having “had the privilege of sponsoring” Lander’s research via the Jeffrey Epstein VI Foundation. Epstein was obsessed with eugenics programs, transhumanism specifically, which is of course is the sort of the modern update of this old ideology. But it was something that motivated him that he talked about openly and that he funded several researchers in that area. If you remember, many months ago we did a story on Zorro Ranch in New Mexico and how Epstein was not only a notorious pedophile but he also seemed to be a modern day Joseph Mengele. Jeffrey Epstein had an unusual dream: He hoped to seed the human race with his DNA by impregnating women at his vast Zorro Ranch in New Mexico. Epstein over the years confided to scientists and others about his scheme, he believed that it was his way of creating his own human beings, his own type of master race – a warped sense of transhumanism.
It was more of a fascination with eugenics, much like what the Nazis were experimenting with. Eugenicists believe that through science mankind has the responsibility to improve the human population through technologies like genetic engineering and controlled breeding. It was reported that employees of the Gates Foundation also visited Epstein’s mansion on multiple occasions, while Epstein also “spoke with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and JPMorgan Chase about a proposed multibillion-dollar charitable fund, an arrangement that had the potential to generate enormous fees for Epstein. Gates donated $2 million to MIT’s Media Lab, which university officials described as having been “directed” by Epstein. Epstein was secretly developing dark science which included genetically altered organisms, fertility studies and sterilization techniques. Epstein was a serial illusionist chameleon that was able to insinuate himself into an elite scientific community, thus allowing him to pursue his interests in eugenics and other fringe fields of science. He ran a rogue lab at the Zorro Ranch and it is believed he hired a number of rogue scientists that would carry out mind control and Eugenics experiments on young girls. Bill Gates, at one time an avowed Malthusian “at least in the developing countries” is now careful to repudiate Malthus in public. Bill Gates, who denies he harbors Malthusian views (which are views about reducing the population) is now one of the chief financiers of vaccines to eradicate COVID-19.
In 2009, the self-designated “Good Club” – a gathering of the world’s wealthiest people whose collective net worth then totaled some $125 billion – met behind closed doors in New York City to discuss a coordinated response to threats posed by the global financial crisis. Led by Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and David Rockefeller, the group resolved to find new ways of addressing sources of discontent in the developing world, in particular “overpopulation” and infectious diseases. The billionaires in attendance committed to massive spending in areas of interest to themselves, heedless of the priorities of national governments and existing aid organizations. In a 2010 public lecture, Bill Gates attributed global warming to “overpopulation” and touted zero population growth as a solution achievable “if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, and reproductive health services.” The argument is disingenuous: As Gates certainly knows, the poor people who are the targets of his campaigns are responsible for no more than a tiny percentage of the environmental damage that underlies climate change. But don’t you fret – the media has now made Gates the darling of the people as he has generously helped in developing a vaccine for all – and now we are to ignore his past, his relationship with Epstein and Eric Lander. The script that has been followed by the mainstream corporate media has always been that “experts” want everyone to follow the science whether it is about COVID-19 or climate change. Words like “science” and “scientific” are used uncritically as honorific terms of praise or worship. When the media and the scientific expert thinkers pretend that any human activity that has to do with reasoning about facts is “science,” it all becomes irrelevant. Those who claim that they follow the science have no idea what the science is about – nor do they know that in the past those that were allegedly woke to science usually participated or supported unsavory practices. One such person in history was Francis Galton. Galton began the eugenics movement, the stimulus for which came from his cousin, Charles Darwin.
Usually when Darwin is mentioned, immediately the idea that he proposed that we evolved from monkeys comes to mind. Darwin did not say that humans directly evolved from apes. He merely pointed out the similarities between birds, fishes, mammals and reptiles and suggested that all life is related. Darwin had supposedly demonstrated how nature made itself by the process of natural selection. Better known as “the survival of the fittest,” natural selection was thought to be the engine of evolutionary progress, relentlessly forcing nature to better itself by killing the unfit while preserving the best and the brightest. Galton believed that nature needed a little help with culling the population. Galton believed assorted “facts” which made his efforts appear scientific, Galton advocated what amounted to the selective breeding of humans with woke people like himself doing the selecting. Therefore, Galton was called the Father of the Eugenics movement. It began when eugenicists with their impressive scientific credentials insisted that immigrants from Southern and Eastern Europe, especially, were inferior breeds who threatened to pollute the gene pool of Americans. Eugenics had found favor in Europe and from there it quickly spread to the United States where a broad swath of influential individuals enthusiastically got on board. When it became known that Hitler and his followers justified the Holocaust with rationales drawn from eugenics, the ardor for it cooled in the 1930’s; then outright repugnance for such ideas set in after 1945 when the horror of the Nazi death camps was revealed, shattering any lingering belief that eugenics was a shortcut to utopia. It was a dark scientism that was pushed by those who felt that they were woke. The movement was driven by a tiny minority of intellectuals, as usual, duped by this bastardization of science into trying to perfect society by ridding it of those who they felt were a burden on society and needed to be eliminated to make the civilization sustainable.
This Dark scientism is being practiced today and that COVID-19 is an important tool for the new woke eugenics crowd to eliminate those who are in their opinion making the earth less sustainable. U.S. life expectancy just dropped by more than a year, the largest decline in decades as a result of the sheer number of deaths from COVID-19, according to estimates from a new study. In the study researchers project that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the average U.S. life expectancy in 2021 will drop by 1.13 years, bringing it to 77.48 years, according to the study that was published yesterday January 4th, 2021. That’s the largest single-year decline in life expectancy in at least 40 years, and it would bring the country’s life expectancy down its lowest level since 2003, the researchers said. Life expectancy in the U.S. rarely declines, and when it does, it makes headlines. Most recently, U.S. life expectancy declined by 0.1 years in 2015, 2016 and 2017 — a trend that was attributed to rises in “deaths of despair,” including drug overdose and suicide. The new estimated decline due to COVID-19 is 10 times greater. What’s more, the study showed even larger declines in 2020 among Black and Latino communities, which have been hit particularly hard by the pandemic. Overall, nearly 400,000 deaths have been attributed to COVID-19 in the U.S., according to the Johns Hopkins virus dashboard. The study projected life expectancy for Black people will drop by 2.1 years, to 72.78 years, and life expectancy for Latino people will drop by 3.05 years, to 78.77 years. In contrast, the life expectancy for white people is projected to decline by 0.68 years to 77.84 years. If you connect the dots you will see that while recovery for the young and healthy is high — the elderly population and minorities are being wiped out. Eugenicists of the past would argue that this demographic were the most expendable.
It was projected as far back as 2000 – that while life expectancy for baby boomers would be higher over a span of ten years, they were more likely to have higher rates of hypertension, higher cholesterol, obesity and diabetes. These results indicate that seniors will push the cost of health care higher and increase the need for health care professionals as the boomers age. Conveniently, COVID-19 showed up and it has reduced the life span of Americans and is attempting the remove the burden of those with underlying health conditions, minorities and the elderly. Although COVID-19 vaccines may significantly reduce transmission this year, the researchers don’t anticipate life expectancy to immediately bounce back in 2021. Not only is the death rate increasing, but we may see a decline in birth rate and an increase of abortions in the next 10 years. In a recent investigative report, it was revealed that the developers of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine have previously undisclosed ties to the re-named British Eugenics Society as well as other Eugenics-linked institutions like the Wellcome Trust. For instance, mainstream media has had little, if anything, to say about the role of the vaccine developers’ private company – Vaccitech – in the Oxford-AstraZeneca partnership, a company whose main investors include former top Deutsche Bank executives, Silicon Valley behemoth Google and the UK government. All of them stand to profit from the vaccine alongside the vaccine’s two developers, Adrian Hill and Sarah Gilbert, who retain an estimated 10% stake in the company. Another overlooked point is the plan to dramatically alter the current sales model for the vaccine following the initial wave of its administration, which would see profits soar, especially if the now obvious push to make COVID-19 vaccination an annual affair for the foreseeable future is made reality. Yet, arguably most troubling of all is the direct link of the vaccine’s lead developers to the Wellcome Trust and in the case of Adrian Hill the Galton Institute, two groups with longstanding ties to the UK Eugenics movement.
The ties of Adrian Hill to the Galton Institute should raise obvious concerns given the push to make the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine he developed with Gilbert the vaccine of choice for the developing world, particularly countries in Latin America, South and Southeast Asia and Africa, the very areas where the Galton Institute’s past members have called for reducing population growth. Prior to COVID-19, Vaccitech’s main focus, especially last year, was the development of a universal vaccine for the flu. Vaccitech’s efforts in this regard were praised by Google, which is also invested in Vaccitech. At the same time, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was funding research to develop a universal flu vaccine, reportedly because the field of influenza vaccinology was not yet able “to design a flu vaccine that would protect broadly against the strains of flu that infect people every winter and those in nature that could emerge to trigger a disruptive and deadly pandemic. To fully finance Hill and Gilbert’s Vaccitech, and specifically its quest to develop a universal flu vaccine, Oxford Science Innovations sought $600 million from “outside investors,” chief among them the Wellcome Trust and the venture-capital arm of Google, Google Ventures. This means that Google is poised to make a profit from the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine at a time when its video platform YouTube has moved to ban COVID-19 vaccine–related content that shines a negative light on COVID-19 vaccines, including the Oxford-AstraZeneca candidate. A recent 60 minutes expose has revealed that Early last March, the state of Washington was the site of the first major coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. As COVID rates and the need for tests were spiking, BGI Group, the world’s largest biotech firm – a global giant based in China – approached the state of Washington with an enticing offer. In a strikingly personal letter to the governor, BGI proposed to build and help run state-of-the-art COVID testing labs. BGI would quote “provide technical expertise,” provide “high throughput sequencers” and even “make additional donations.” It seemed like an offer the state couldn’t refuse, especially given the desperate need. But officials were suspicious about BGI and its connections to the Chinese government. But this has been suspected of being a Trojan Horse. BGI comes to the U.S. bearing gifts, but harboring other motives. It’s unclear whether BGI, or any COVID tester, would get DNA from nasal swabs, but the labs are a way to establish a foothold, to bring their equipment here, start mining your data, and set up shop in your neighborhood. The authoritarian government of China and its leader Xi Jinping have been boldly open about their ambitions to beat the west and reap the benefits of advances in DNA science and technology. Collecting COVID-19 DNA data from Americans is suspicious and a back door to massive Eugenics operations. They are building out a huge domestic database. And if they are able to supplement that with data from all around the world, it’s all about who gets the largest, most diverse data set. And so, the ticking time bomb is that once they’re able to achieve true artificial intelligence, then they’re off to the races in what they can do with that data. Think of DNA as the ultimate treasure map, a kind of double-helix chart containing the code for traits ranging from our eye color to our susceptibility to certain diseases. If you have 10,000 DNA samples, scientists could possibly isolate the genetic markers in the DNA, to use it for cures or for something that could be seen as the ultimate kill switch. The concern is that the Chinese regime is taking all that information about us – what we eat, how we live, when we exercise and sleep and then combining it with our DNA data. With information about heredity and environment, suddenly they know more about us than we know about ourselves and, China can target us not only for treatment (developing drugs before we do) but they can target us for biological attacks or secret culling programs of those they do not like. The Commission of Newton County, Missouri passed legislation in February that will empower local law enforcement officials to arrest federal agents who attempt to violate the Second Amendment rights of citizens within the county. The Newton County Second Amendment Preservation Act will nullify any unlawful federal restrictions on firearms that may be passed under the Joe Biden administration. “All federal acts, laws, order, rules, and regulations passed by the Federal Government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment … shall be invalid in the county, shall not be recognized by this county, and specifically rejected by this county, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this county,” the bill declares. The legislation also stipulates that “any and all federal agents trying to enforce the regulations listed in Section (1) shall be subject to arrest by the Newton County Missouri Sheriff’s Department,” and “the Newton County Missouri Sheriff’s Department shall be given the full authority to make the arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce the regulations listed in Section (1).”
Missouri’s Constitution makes it indisputably clear that “the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories typical to the normal function of such arms, in defense of his home, person, family and property, or when lawfully summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned. The Biden administration is not the only threat to the Second Amendment on the horizon, as Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) recently unveiled a bill that would strip gun rights from all individuals suspected of “domestic terrorism” by the federal government, even if no charges have been formally filed: On February 2, Rubio reintroduced the bill he has been pushing since the Orlando Pulse radical Islamic terrorist attack in 2016. The bill calls for stripping individuals under investigation for domestic terrorism of their ability to own or purchase firearms, a move Rubio somehow suggests would “also provide more authority for law enforcement agencies to go after suspected terrorists, while safeguarding law-abiding citizens’ Second Amendment and due process rights.” According to Rubio’s website, the bill would “When an individual who was the subject of a federal terrorism investigation within the last 10 years tries to obtain a firearm, allow the U.S. Attorney General to delay the purchase or transfer for up to ten business days and file an emergency petition in court to prevent the transfer. If the court finds probable cause that the individual is or has been engaged in terrorism, the Attorney General may arrest the individual.” Biden AG pick Merrick Garland has also advocated for violating Second Amendment rights for decades.
