MARCH 11, 2021 There have been a new turn of events since the posting of Part 17. For one, the being known as MOntu have been targeted by xcorrupt and very sinister Boule Society flunkies. RTA, or the Regional Transit Authority, in Claeveland, Ohio, once again have managed to outdo themselves by using men-hating females and others who target blackmen simply because they do not like them. Secret societies really seem to be playing a major role in the destruction of black communities. Montu was riding the RTA bus, which was driven by a black female on St. Clair blvd, on March 9, 2021, and noticed a blackman seeking to get on the bus around 123rd and St. Clair streets. The blackman had on a face mask but due to asthma, the black female driver refused to open the bus door until he covered up his nose. Just like what occurred with the young black female RTA train driver in Part 17, the femasle bus driver also made threats to blackmen with serious medical conditions. There seems to be a gender war going on in the black community and any black female who is not part of it is also being targeted. However, the St. Clair female bus driver, when opening up the bus door for the blackman, told him, "I have medical conditions too. Noone cares about yours!! So after being verbally abusive and threatening towards that blackman, each stop she made she seem to pick up females she knew. And for some reason they all got on their cell phones and made calls to the same place. It seemed they were all supporting the black female driver by making up lies on the disabled blackman to parties within RTA. So Montu, who was riding the bus at the time, along with a few other blackmen, informed the female driver that the blackman with asthma, covering up his nose and mouth, prevented oxygen to the brain which coukld make his health concerns much worse. The female driver made it known that all she cared about was her job and making money. The life or death of blackmen didn't make abny difference to her! Video recordings showed that the females were on their ophones informing someone from RTA that the blackman they were plotting against was on his cell phone to an attorney. All of a sudden, the frequency on his cell phone was invaded and he told a couple of riders that someone was illegally listening in on his call. The attorney got a call from someone and told the client. It appears that whoever invaded the cell phone call was connected to East Cleveland Police department. The department is ran by a rogue group of cops who violate the rights of black people as if their lives doesn't matter. Then people wonder why the crime rate is so high in both East and West Cleveland. When police officers use technology to discredit and lie on black people who report the wrongdoings of other so-called public figures, they all come up tiogether with lies and and make sure they are all saying the same things. Secret societies have tooken part in the unleashing of seriously mentally ill lunatics who have set their fangs on targets. Everyone knows that when a person is a schizophrenic, they are very impressionable. The mentally ill are actually being guided to committing crimes against certain people. They ask others for money and when the people tell them they don't have any, the mentally ill gets very violent and sometimes they do some of the most craziest things. Not only will they throw bricks threw someone's vehicle windows, but some have been known to walk up behind the people and punch them in the back of the head. When the parties engage in physical violence, guess who police arrest and charge when they get on the scene. Thats right; the victim! This seems to be a strategy for getting rid of undesirables right now and the jail is filled with people who have had encounters with the mentally ill. There are no laws for people to protect themselves against the mentally ill and it seems like more and more of them are being unleashed on the streets. Is this another method being used to get rid of free thinking people? A large number of people in Ohio seems to think so. The mentally ill have taken over the streets and many are incredibly violent. Then there are those who have been targeted for their political standing against state and federal corruption. Black female RTA workers seem to be planting rumors about certain black people who are threats against them. Unfortunately, they are also twisting the information into unbelievable lies which they are getting others to also bear false witness. The best thing for blackmen and women to do who are not part of this ring is to keep your cell phones handy and record everything. These demons always talk about the paleman being the enemy, but at the same time, they are causing more discord and enmity in black communities moreso than their euro-american counterparts. These corrupt cops use the public transportation surveillnce to target blackmen and women. They then use other blackmen and women against them by lying on the targeted ones.

Together they all formulate a massive misinformation network which is directly responsible for assaults and killings taking place in East Cleveland. People are afraid to walk down the street for fear the mentally ill will come at them. They also feel when they fight back they will usually be the ones arrested for protecting themselves. Blacks in power in East Cleveland are very corrupt and highly evil. They get a thrill on causing chaos and shedding the blood of the innocent. A video juast surfaced which showed cops kicking a man in the head after pulling him out of his car. Mayor Brandon King, and others claim that this sort of thing won't be tolerated. But when one research the chaos between cops in East Clevelabnd and black people, there seems to be a pattern of violence against civilians. And yet officials pretend like they forgot what took place in April of 2020. Lying is unbelievable within police departments everywhere and people seem to have klost trustr in those lying officials who command cops to do their bidding. On March 9, 2021, several people revealed that the white supremacis, Charles Cyphert, claimed that much of what black people are going through is behind whats happening with hispanuics who live underneath him at 3254b West 38th street. It appears the hispanics have been endorsed by cops and others to use devices in order to hack wifi services. And even though I am not a fan of white supremacists, it is still wrong for police to be behind certain hispanics that are causing massive chaos and who also seems to be behind alot of violence in black neighborhoods. Several people in East Cleveland, according to reliable sources, know certain cops who have confirmed that the activities of those hispanics living under Cyphert have reached East Cleveland. Hispanics isn't exempt to the chaos going on in black communities and with black people. Police refuse to find the device which those hispanics are using to hack into not only Cyphert's wifi, but others. It was stated that Cyphert stated that his laptop was out of commission because of a constant surge of energy coming from the devices being used to hack into his wifi. It is complete chaos all over Cleveland, and and the most ruthless of all of them is the hackers.
A few people hacked into the cell phone of the hispanic who lives beneath Cyphert and those white supremacists have claimed that what they have monitored in conversations for weeks is incredible. The hispanics are engaged in serious corruption and there are law enforcement, and others, supporting them and is behind them. It was stated that they try and listen to what goes on where Cyphert lives and only gets bits and pices of information which they combine with outright lies. Whatever they are doing and whoever they are reporting to seems to have a serious affect on whats happening in East Cleveland. There are others who ride motorcycles who are like the watchmen. I can't put but so much information about this downm, but lets just say that there are certain hispanics who are pure evil. A female stated that Cyophert told her the hispanics were using Santeria to command mice to eat up certain desirable clothing. And even though this may sound to good tom be believed, people who have walked past the apartment where those hispanics stay claim they have overheard satanic rituals coming from that lower apartment on 3254 West 38th street. So what does this all say? Why is there certain hispanics behind the massive violence taking place in East Cleveland, while they reside in West Cleveland? And why are certain police officers, and others, deeply involved? Why is the mentally ill be used against certain Americans? Why do police arrest the victims when attacked by the mentally ill>?
Black freemasons, black Eastern Stars, and the Boule Society are well educated black people! This is why it should concern blacks and latinos that people like Mike Brown and george Floyd shouldn't have died the way they did. Both of them were satanic sacrifices empowering agendas infiltrated by the Boule, in favor of the New World Order. Blacks and latinos who are left to die without EMT's professionalism are human sacrifices. White supremacists men's most prized weapon is the white supremacist female. There is a tactic the female uses which seems to be a very powerful tool when disrupting and destroying black families. And that is building a character for their victims. Its almost in alignment with whats needed by police to apprehend black so-called suspects. They must make a blackman appear either the violent type or the verbally abusive type with violent tendencies. And they must use psychology to get inside of his head in hopes of making him react in a certain way. Its absolutely essntial that a blackman reacts a certain way so that "violent" can be associated with their fabricated reports. Even black female Eastern Stars are teaching today's youth to be the same way. White supremacists believe in the annihilation of underprivileged nations and cultures through genocide and genetic engineering to breed, the more gifted, the blonds of the world, while black secret societies help make it happen. The Strategy of Tension proposes one is suppose to attack civilians, women, children, and innocent people from outside the political arena. To force the American public to turn to the State, and then turn to the regime, and ask for greater security. They have already gotten the American people to believe that a State of Emergency can be called at any given momemnt, due to the ongoing violence in the U.S., and these people shall willingly trade part of their freedom for the security of being able to walk the streets, go on trains, or enter a bank, just as those countries did who now uses the Social Credit System.

They are known as expendables! The 4th Reich only finds them useful for causing chaos and wrecking havoc. Within the New World Order, under the 4th Reich's rule, those mixed breeds won't be accepted. They are being lied to by millionaires and billionaires who is funding the hate and terror campaigns. They are even being fed when hungry, giving handsome charities, et cetera, to build up trust. The Nazis are involved with many alien human experiments the same as Adolph Hitler was.
And it was recently revealed by a white supremacists who turned their backs on white power movements, that the spirit of Adolph Hitler was raised in occult seances, et cetera. The 4th Reich have learned from the mistakes Hitler made and is almost certain that they will take over the world with the help of those Nazis within the State of Israel. This is one reason why President's Trump Immigration top man changed the poetry on the Statue of Liberty. He says that the poetry was meant for people of European decent. Not anyone else! Before its over, each and every person of color, including East indians, whether they know it or not, will have to fight to the death because the same spirit which came to the New World over 465 years ago, and nearly wiped out all natives, is back with an attitude. The poetry being changed on the Staue of Liberty is a terrible sign for those coming up through Mexico. They are saying enter at your own risk! There are signs outside of Wise County, Virginia, which reads, "Blackmen better not be caught here after dark!" They have changed the sign a few times though. And outside of Abingdon, Virginia, there use to be a dummy in the image of a blackman shown hung by its neck using either rope or wire. These lunatics are everywhere and they are ready to kill! Their end game will be about bringing down the American population to a certain estimate, and then come the round ups. Millionaire and billionaire white supremacists are actually freemasons. And the world has learned about freemasons just from the Michael Brown, Ferguson, Missouri horror. Freemasons support one another regardless of beliefs. And within Georgia, its was at one time a ritual performed which called for the sacrifice of a black or latino on a Thursday. These demons very existence is to see that the black people fail spiritually. It isn't about materialism because there is no place of happiness for them after this life. Their heaven is on earth and they will do anything to obtainn it. They don't believe in the historical Christ! Remember, Christ was a blackman they claimed to have hung on a tree. In Deutoronomy 21:22-23, it reads: "Anyone hung upon a tree is cursed!" They claimed to have killed the black people's savior, and now they have started hanging blacks on trees all over again. In the case of Dr. King's birthday and death, the information changes just keeps coming in. Today is Martin Luther King Day in the US. It takes an important holiday to close stock markets. Martin Luther King was a fraud. At first, Dr. King was a Communist agent, a philanderer, a pagan and a plagiarist. It was said that he even plagiarized the "I Have a Dream" speech. The national holiday in his name is more proof that the US is thoroughly subverted. This holiday is another reminder that Organized Jewry (Jewish mystics, witches, and Kabbalist Bankers) is essentially Communist, and the real meaning of Communism is a monopoly over everything (incl. thought) by the Luciferian central banking cartel and its minions. Organized Jewry (Communism) champions the underdog in order to undermine Western society. Cabalist Judaism is a corrosive acid that seeps into the fissures of society -- race, class, gender -- in order to erode it. They say so themselves. There are five important aspects of Martin Luther King's career: 1) his Communist Party activities; 2) the violence that always erupted in a King demonstration; 3) his plagiarism; 4) his s*xual pathology; 5) his pagan beliefs. Dr. Martin Luther King attended a Communist training school in Tennessee. A famous picture shows him enjoying a lecture in the company of Communist Aubrey Williams and Abner W. Berry, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party. Rosa Parks, who helped King launch the Montgomery Bus Boycott, learned how to do it at the same Communist training school.
Suddenly, Dr. King started to make speeches about the war in Vietnam. Well-meaning Americans scratched their heads. The war took him far afield from "civil rights," and his speeches started sounding like enemy propaganda cooked up in Hanoi. The reason was that Stanley Levison was writing those speeches. So who was Stanley Levison? Stanley was the paymaster in this country for the KGB, the Soviet secret police. The KGB routinely sent Levison the rubles to pay for all Soviet activities in the United States, and he would distribute the money. How high up in the Soviet apparatus would you have to be - how much would the KGB have to trust you - to get that job? Stanley Levison, of the KGB, financed Dr. King and wrote his speeches. That is correct: the Soviet secret police financed Martin Luther King and put the words in his mouth. Dr. King was said to be "heroic" because he was an apostle of Mohandas K. Gandhi's non-violence in India. For that reason, many Americans at the time wondered why it was that, wherever Dr. King went, violence erupted. Why the paradox? Dr. King explained it himself, in a piece he wrote for Saturday Review, April 3, 1965 ("Behind the Selma March," pp. 16-17, 57), in which he set forth the four steps of his technique:
"1. Nonviolent demonstrators go into the streets to exercise their constitutional rights. 2. Racists resist by unleashing violence against them. 3. Americans of conscience in the name of decency demand federal intervention and legislation. 4. The administration, under mass pressure, initiates measures of immediate intervention and remedial legislation." Remember, this is not something we are accusing him of. King wrote this himself. Notice that step two of his formulation calls for violence. The reason violence broke out wherever he went was that violence was what he went into the streets to get. Without the necessary violence, his schemes would fall flat. So, in King's scenario, why would "racists" attack "nonviolent" demonstrators? Drue Lackey was Montgomery, Alabama Chief of Police. In a speech in October, 2006, he explained that in the famous confrontation of 1965, "non-violent" demonstrators tried to provoke his policemen to react, by throwing "non-violent" bottles and bricks, and bedecking them with gobs of spit, while other "non-violent" demonstrators waited nearby to take pictures. On December 3, 1989, Frank Johnson revealed in the British Sunday Telegraph, that Ralph Luker, associate editor of the King Papers Project, said King had "borrowed" heavily from the thesis of Jack Boozer, fellow Boston University theology student and later Professor of Religion at Emory. While Boozer was away in the military, King stole his work. In September, 1990, Thomas Fleming wrote in Chronicles that King's doctorate should be considered a courtesy title, because he had plagiarized his dissertation. If the truth had leaked, Boston University would have been humiliated. It is a short distance from B.U. to P.U. So, B.U. President Jon Westling sent a letter to Chronicles (published in the January, 1991 issue) denying Fleming's charge. Westling said King's dissertation had been "scrupulously examined and reexamined by scholars," and that "not a single instance of plagiarism of any sort has been identified. . . . not a single reader has ever found any nonattributed or misattributed quotations, misleading paraphrases, or thoughts borrowed without due scholarly reference in any of its 343 pages." Hey, Jon, how long was your nose after you said all that?
Claiborne Carson was director of the Project. He denied all charges until Waldman said he had a copy of Boozer's dissertation. Then he caved. The story appeared on the front page of the Wall Street Journal on November 9, 1990. The article quoted Claiborne Carson finally admitting King's plagiarism, but it calls his thievery "borrowings," and "voice merging" that derives from the oral traditions of the black church. In other words, he was saying that thievery was a tradition of the black church, an intolerable insult. The article says that "most of King's papers had many original thoughts," but often "borrowed without citing," According to Waldman, Carson was asking staff members to refrain from use of the "p" word at work. In short, even the author of the exposé leaned over backward far enough to do an Olympic flip. Compare this treatment to what you know would be done to anyone else - black, white or whatever - who commits misrepresentation as outrageous as King's. He would be stripped of his degree. Look for instance at the case of Clifford Irving's phony "biography" of Howard Hughes. Gerry Harbison was a professor of chemistry at the University of Nebraska. He was certainly not a "right-wing wacko." He was full of praise for the "civil rights movement." Professor Harbison is worth quoting at length: "Like most graduate students, King spent the first half of his doctoral work taking courses in his degree area, theology. His surviving papers from that period show that from the very beginning he was transcribing articles by eminent theologians, often word for word, and representing them as his own work. "After completing his course work, graduate students usually write a dissertation or thesis, supposedly an independent and original contribution to scholarship. King's thesis was anything but original. In fact, the sheer extent of his plagiarism is breathtaking. Page after page contains nothing but direct, verbatim transcriptions of the work of others. In 1990, the King Project estimated that less than half of some chapters was actually written by King himself. Since then, even more of his 'borrowings' have been traced.
Now let's look at King's Christianity. He was a "Reverend." He had a "doctorate" in theology. The man was as brilliant a theologian as Boston University's Jack Boozer. Christianity, we are told, was the inspiration for everything he did. What did Martin Luther King believe? Among the papers with his name on it is one entitled, "What Experiences of Christians Living in the Early Christian Century Led to the Christian Doctrines of the Divine Sonship of Jesus, the Virgin Birth, and the Bodily Resurrection." The title itself tells us something is wrong. These doctrines came not from anyone's "experience," but from history and from what Jesus said. But, "Dr." King comments, "these doctrines are historically and philosophically untenable." Here is how Jesus got to be divine, according to "Dr." King: "The first doctrine of our discussion which deals with the divine sonship of Jesus went through a great process of developement. How then did this doctrine of divine sonship come into being? We may find a partial clue to the actual rise of this doctrine in the spreading of Christianity into the Greco-Roman world. Anything that possessed flesh was always underminded in Greek thought. And so in order to receive inspiration from Jesus the Greeks had to apotheosize him. As Hedley laconically states, 'the church had found God in Jesus, and so it called Jesus the Christ; and later under the influence of Greek thought-forms, the only begotten Son of God.'" In short, according to Dr. King, it was the Greeks who made Jesus "divine." Here is Dr. King on the virgin birth: "First we must admit that the evidence for the tenability of this doctrine is to (sic) shallow to convince any objective thinker." Finally, consider that the resurrection is the master doctrine of Christian belief. Catholics believe it. Protestants believe it. Without the resurrection, there is no Christianity; there is just another "wise man."
So, what does "Dr." King believe about the resurrection? "The last doctrine in our discussion deals with the resurrection story. This doctrine, upon which the Easter Faith rests, symbolizes the ultimate Christian conviction: that Christ conquered death. From a literary, historical, and philosophical point of view this doctrine raises many questions. In fact the external evidence for the authenticity of this doctrine is found wanting." According to King, the apostles made it all up because they loved Him so much. So, "Dr." King was not a Christian. Along these lines, King was an ardent supporter of Planned Parenthood, the baby-killing racket, won their Margaret Sanger Award in 1966 and said "there is a striking kinship between our movement and Margaret Sanger's early efforts." Mrs. Sanger's early efforts included agitation to limit the procreation of the "inferior races" and publishing the work of Nazi propagandists. Were those the early efforts he meant? Finally, there was King's career as a s*xual predator. We are not just talking about a world-class philanderer like Jack Kennedy. We're not just talking about Fiddle and Faddle in the White House and Marilyn Monroe. We're talking about a genuine s*xual psychopath. How do we know this? We know it because FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover tapped his telephones and bugged King's activities. Why did Hoover do that? He did it because his boss, Attorney General Bobby Kennedy - a certified demigod in the illiberal pantheon - ordered him to. The Kennedys had become aware of King's Communist activities and were worried. They brought him to the White House, where the President himself warned King that what he was doing could discredit them all. They wanted to know what he was up to, hence the wiretaps and bugs. What did they find out? Because the truth is so putrid, some of it has leaked.
For instance, King was in Norway to accept the Nobel Prize. He spent the night before the ceremony chasing a woman naked down the hallway in his Oslo hotel. King was naked. I don't know whether the woman was. A story in the Atlanta Journal, dated March 31, 1965, quoted Republican Congressman William ****inson as saying that King participated in "all night sessions of debauchery" in a church. On the night before he was killed, King participated in another orgy. He hired prostitutes and paid for them with church money. He beat at least one of them up. Again, he wasn't just a womanizer; he was a predator. He should have been in jail. At the request of Mrs. King, a court has sequestered all this evidence until the year 2027, long enough to milk everything possible from the myth. We share Mrs. King's embarrassment. There are over 60,000 censored pages. Some of them have been released under the Freedom of Information Act; the rest has been labeled "obscene." King's own son says his father was killed in a "massive conspiracy" because his bizarre behavior, long-term depression, and alcohol abuse had become a liability the killers couldn't afford. And in all of this madness, there were the Boule watching and calculating. It was the Boule who assembled mass protests against Dr. King in the final days of his life. It was the Boule who spreaded rumors about Dr. King throughout communities. And it was the Boule who was responsible for the diappearance of both Tupac and Biggie Smalls. And it was the Boule who was behind the abduction of Dr. York. Even though Dr. King made deals with the devil and had to pay for it, in his latter days he saw the truth and was considered unstable because he knew too much about the enemy. In Conclusion: From time to time, the effects of immersing yourself in the news and trying to report corruption and lies can lead people into cognitive disillusionment. This is common to everyone. You either take action to find a solution or you do nothing and wait for things to happen that will change your attitude. Everyone has had the experience of believing in something that turned out not to be true. It can be said that depending on the situation it can be psychologically traumatic to realize what you thought was the truth, turns out to be at odds with your normalcy bias. Like it or not, our beliefs about the world are interconnected with other beliefs we have been programmed to accept. As one thing is revealed, there are more that follow and you can either lie to yourself and say that it is a form of persecution or deception or you can learn more about what the facts are. It takes a great deal of strength in order to let go of one’s preconceived ideas and accept new and factual data. The citizens of the United States have been lulled into forgetting much of what is oppressing them. The way the system has deteriorated over time gives me a reason to be politically direct and speak of how we have established as a nation a default system in order to eliminate what we once called “normal American freedoms.” Today, the system has determined that your ability to be a normal American is based wholly on your place in the power structure. We have created a statist system where we rank people from those who are superior to us, and to those whom we view as subhuman or worthless. The idea of survival of the fittest is eliminated through our appointed and voted upon an authoritarian system. We have allowed ourselves to pretty much believe that we have appointed through the ballot box someone who is more superior than we are to dole out resources, suspend human rights, and hire an army to create a police state capable of eliminating those they tell us are subhuman and worthless. One thing that you can count on in life is that things are going to change. And these days the pace of change in America is absolutely breathtaking.
Our culture is in the process of being radically transformed, and the direction of that change has not altered very much at all no matter which political party has been in power in Washington. Many of the values that are now embraced by a solid majority of the population run directly counter to the values that once dominated our society, but only a small minority of Americans seem alarmed by that fact. It appears to be exceedingly unlikely that there will be any deviating from the path that our nation has chosen because at this point there are a lot of Americans that seem quite satisfied with the dramatic downturn that has taken place. However, there is another group of Americans that have had enough. There is a solid and determined group of Americans that have lost their patience over the hysterical, chaos-creating and non-functioning groups that do nothing but antagonize and hinder the substantive constitutional process of running a government. Despite our self-image of being a peaceful nation, we have been conditioned to be prepared to fight for our freedoms all of our lives. Even though nationalism has been maligned by most progressives there are still many people who have been taught their whole lives that constitutional rights are not just suggestions but something to support and fight for when the call is made to do so. There are brave men and women that deploy overseas because of this call and we always thank them for their service as they take the time out of their lives to go in when necessary to fight against tyranny. We have taken for granted that there will always be brave men and women that will fight on behalf of us, however, seldom do we think to ourselves that we as Americans would have to fight for our freedoms here at home. Themes of nationalism have frequently been injected into public life through the media and other institutions, for example, as is a sense of righteousness, a rarely challenged belief that the country is almost always a force for good.
That idea has evolved over the years and while overall Americans see themselves as a force for good they rarely see themselves as participants in activities that are said to be evil or loathsome. However, the hyper-partisanship model has destroyed the character of this nation and the division certainly has pushed us if not fully into a civil conflict. We are told that all of the bread and circuses in government are for our own good and that all of the pursuits to bring justice to a corrupt menagerie is being done with good intentions. Reality does not bend for good intentions—all actions have consequences and even in good intentions there can be flawed thinking that happens because of fear or some other environmental cause. The majority of Americans, no matter where they live, or the party they typically vote for, think the country is growing apart. On political, racial, and class lines, Americans think divisions are widening. That division is leading to a dark place. The division is also putting us into a form of despotism and in despotism, we see the rise of tyranny. This polarizing environment in which we live is not going to get better, and there is every reason to believe that it is going to get worse. All the factors that got us here are growing. We are not becoming a more homogeneous society. The partisan media environment is becoming stronger—the algorithms that Google uses to determine what pops up after a search—all of that is getting worse. People say that the reason we are the way we are is because of ignorance and yet the more we learn about the truth the better we get ant counter arguing about the things you do not like. From there we have virtue signalers, justice warriors, cancel cultists and those who decide to ignore the Constitution and pass laws that favor destructive agendas. A perfect example of this situation can be seen in the state of Virginia. Last December, lawmakers were suggesting that people should give up their guns in an effort to impinge upon the Second Amendment. Lawmakers in Virginia were threatening to use the National Guard if members of local law enforcement refused to enforce new anti-gun laws. In the Second Amendment Sanctuaries, cities have the option of not using public funds to enforce laws that could restrict the gun rights of residents. In Tazewell County, they organized a militia to protect their Second Amendment rights. Tensions were high and at that moment there was talk that Virginia may be ground zero for the second civil war in America. Well, things have gotten uglier. A gun-rights lobby and demonstration has been planned for January 20th. The demonstration was supposed to be a rally to convince the Governor and others to have a change of heart with regard to the draconian gun laws that are being proposed. Fearing potential violence, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency and is banning firearms and other weapons on the Capitol grounds in Richmond Monday, January 20, 2020, on Dr. King's birthday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynDloxA8Wh... The event, hosted by Virginia Citizens Defense League, is expected to draw thousands of armed demonstrators, some from out of state. Organizers have said they hope to hold a peaceful event. But Northam said officials have heard reports of out-of-state militia groups and hate groups planning to travel from across the country to disrupt the gathering with acts of violence. Northam also says the move is to prevent another Charlottesville event where a young woman was killed at a White Supremacist rally. Monday is/was Martin Luther King Day. To add insult to injury, not only did Northam declare an emergency but he also clandestinely pushed three gun restriction bills through the Senate believing that if he did so it would diffuse or discourage people from coming to the rally. What he has done has now put more fuel on the fire. The three bills include requiring background checks on all firearm sales, limiting gun purchases to one in a 30-day period, and allowing localities to ban guns from public events. SB 35, which would allow localities to ban guns from public events, actually would repeal the current law that restricts localities from enforcing ordinances that would prohibit the purchase, possession, transfer, ownership, carry, storage, or transport of firearms or ammunition.
SB 69, amends the current law, only allowing Virginia residents to purchase one handgun a month, or in a 30-day period. And, SB 70 requires a background check on all private transfers of firearms. All three bills were passed along party lines. Democrats said they were reasonable measures that would improve public safety while respecting the rights of law-abiding gun owners. They said the public had made clear by voting for Democrats in recent elections that new gun laws were needed. Republicans decried the legislation as an assault on the Second Amendment launched to appease special interest groups and donors such as Democratic presidential hopeful Michael Bloomberg. GOP senators said the new laws would entrap innocent people and do nothing to stop bad actors. This has stirred up a lot of anger and now the state capitol is setting up barricades and people are snapping photos of heavy artillery being brought in on trailers to keep the peace. The idea that Americans have a constitutional right to own and possess firearms appalls today’s progressives. They believe that if they could just rid the nation of guns, then armed robberies, gang violence, mass shootings, rape, violent crime and maybe even suicide would vanish and we could all live peacefully ever after. The problem they have faced is not just the National Rifle Association or the reluctance of non-progressive politicos to advance their cause, but the fact that tens of millions of voting Americans support private firearms ownership and that Founders in drafting the Constitution and Bill of Rights shared their view. Progressives are prepared to pack the Supreme Court to do away with Second Amendment roadblocks but have been forced to accept the fact that they’re never going to get the public to voluntarily surrender their firearms to a benevolent government. They know too that there is only one foolproof way to get their “deplorable” fellow citizens to bend to their wishes — and that is to mobilize the force of the state against them.
The governor of Virginia is obliging them and ignoring the wishes of the majority of his citizens. Northam, who overcame a blackface scandal last spring, has made sweeping gun reform a top priority during this session after he attempted to call an emergency session this summer when a man killed 12 people in Virginia Beach. These reforms, growing in popularity as a legislative means by which to seize guns from individuals viewed as a danger to themselves or others, are yet another Trojan Horse, a stealth maneuver to gain greater power over an unsuspecting and largely gullible populace. To those who see the government as inherently corrupt, the Second Amendment is a means of ensuring that the populace will always have a way of defending themselves against threats to their freedoms. And then there are those who view the government as neither good nor evil, but merely a powerful entity that, as Thomas Jefferson recognized, must be bound “down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” To this group, the right to bear arms is no different from any other right enshrined in the Constitution, to be safeguarded, exercised prudently and maintained. Unfortunately, while these three divergent viewpoints continue to jockey for supremacy, the U.S. government has adopted a “do what I say, not what I do” mindset when it comes to Americans’ rights overall. Nowhere is this double standard more evident than in the government’s attempts to arm itself to the teeth, all the while treating anyone who dares to legally own a gun, let alone use one, as suspicious and/or on the road to being an outlaw. Certainly, there’s no denying that there is a huge double standard at play when it comes to the debate over guns in America: while the government continues to crack down on the citizenry’s right to own and bear arms (merely owning a gun can now get you treated as a suspect, searched, arrested, subjected to all manner of surveillance, shot at and killed despite ever having committed a crime), the government’s own efforts to militarize and weaponize its agencies and employees has reached epic proportions.
Ironically, while various state and federal agencies continue to adopt gun control legislation that includes bans on military-style assault weapons, high-capacity magazines, and armor-piercing bullets, expanded background checks, and tougher gun-trafficking laws, local police agencies are being “gifted” military-grade weaponry and equipment designed for the battlefield. “We the people” have been so focused on debating who or what is responsible for gun violence—the guns, the gun owners, or our violent culture—and whether the Second Amendment “allows” us to own guns that we’ve overlooked the most important and most consistent theme throughout the Constitution: the fact that it is not merely an enumeration of our rights but was intended to be a clear shackle on the government’s powers. When considered in the context of prohibitions against the government, the Second Amendment reads as a clear rebuke against any attempt to restrict the citizenry’s gun ownership. As such, it is as necessary an ingredient for maintaining that tenuous balance between the citizenry and their republic as any of the other amendments in the Bill of Rights, especially the right to freedom of speech, assembly, press, petition, security, and due process. The Governor of Virginia has taken all of those rights away from the citizens of Virginia. He has declared a State of Emergency to keep people away from the capitol which revokes their right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The right to make a complaint to, or seek the assistance of, one’s government, without fear of punishment or reprisals. He has hindered the people from peaceable assembly and he has snuck in bills that have infringed upon the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms. He has taken away people’s right to lobby. To our detriment, gun rights have been steadily weakened, eroded and undermined in recent years. Yet without any one of them, including the Second Amendment right to own and bear arms, we are that much more vulnerable to the vagaries of out-of-control law enforcement, malevolent dictators, and political overreach.
What is happening now in Virginia is political overreach. This is why there was a move to create Second Amendment sanctuary counties. Those on the Left argue that sanctuary county resolutions are “purely symbolic” and have no force of law behind them. This is a rather naive (perhaps deliberately naive) position, as it ignores the fundamentals. The force of law is either compelled by conscience, or it is compelled by violence. The law itself is meaningless without these two factors. If groups of citizens choose not to follow a law because they find it morally reprehensible, there is nothing the state can do except try to frighten them into compliance with the threat of violence. The concept of a law by itself has no energy and claiming that something is “right” because it is now “law” is not a valid argument. In the case of anti-gun laws in Virginia, the vast majority of counties in the state and the people in those counties have made it clear that they will not comply. The left controlled government has completely ignored this fact by simply saying “They have to comply because the law says so…” well the truth is they don’t and when they don’t this is called insurrection and this leads to war. The Left argues that state laws supersede county authority and there is no legal standing for sanctuary resolutions. The problem with this argument is that it ignores the fact that constitutional protections provided by the Bill of Rights supersede all other laws. It does not matter if attempts are being made by state governments or the federal government to degrade constitutional rights, the people are empowered to refuse and fight against any laws which violate constitutional rights. The bottom line is this: The Constitution and Bill of Rights take precedence over all other laws in the US. An unconstitutional law is an unconstitutional law. It does not matter how many states pass such a law and proclaim it normal or standard. The people of Virginia have announced en masse that they have no intention of following new gun control laws. The people have spoken, over 90% of counties in Virginia have passed 2nd Amendment resolutions with the support of the citizenry.
Democrats that have gained seats in an election does not give them the power to deny constitutional rights to Virginians. Unbeknownst to most Americans, the Virginia government is also seeking at least $250,000 to be allocated to prisons, and this is directly tied to the new gun laws and the people that will be imprisoned by them. The governor of Virginia claims that he supports grandfathering in existing guns as long as they are registered in the new state database. Of course, gun owners know from history that the first step towards total confiscation is forced registration. The mainstream media has suggested that anyone who thinks these budget changes are in preparation for arresting gun owners is a “conspiracy theorist”. Well, a conspiracy is evident – there is no theory to propose, only the grim reality of state tyranny and actions from a Governor who wants to perpetuate a civil war. The question then arises: Are these laws worth dying for? We keep hearing that the majority of conservatives are willing to risk death rather than handing over their guns and relinquishing their rights. Are state authorities willing to risk death to enforce unconstitutional laws? There will continue to be a upheaval of violence amongst blacks, hispanics, and euro-americans because secret societies are playing them like plying a lyre. They know what strings to pull to bring forth certain sounds which born certain reactions and massive chaos. To be continued....
