Rep. Jake Hoffman Statement on Maricopa County Supervisors' Response to State Senate Subpoenas “The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is engaged in one of the most divisive and dangerous subversions of government that the state of Arizona has ever witnessed. The Board’s blatant disregard for the Constitution and public mockery of the lawful oversight of elections by the Arizona legislature is not only disrespectful, it undermines the very fabric of our Republic. Through its obstructionism, lack of transparency, and outright trampling of the Constitution, the Board of Supervisors has effectively spit in the face of every voter in Maricopa County and this state.

Ron, many people believe that because Maricopa County won't turn over the routers, and because of all the other ways they're tried to block the audit and the way Katiie Hobbs goes on MSNBC every night, that is all the evidence of guilt that's needed.

I don’t blame them, I wouldn’t give them another thing else. The count has been in there hands for over SIX Months, to count one County, That delay is ridiculous and expect it from a non-professional organization such as the the Board of Supervisors has effectively spit in the face of every voter in Maricopa County and this state and you did too.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann has explained the path to issue warrants to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and how to launch decertification of the 2020 election results.
Speaking to JT Harris on Conservative Circus, Fann expressed her frustration at Arizona State Senator Paul Boyer, who has “gone over to the dark side” and blocked efforts from the Senate to hold the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in contempt by voting against a resolution to do so. Fann seemingly agreed with President Trump’s assessment of the situation, who last week slammed Boyer for “doing everything in his power to hold up the damning Forensic Audit of Maricopa County which has been taking place over the last 90 days, saying he has been “nothing but trouble.”
