The officer who died of injuries sustained at the scene has been identified as 18-year Capitol Police veteran William "Billy" Evans. "He began his USCP service on March 7, 2003, and was a member of the Capitol Division’s First Responder’s Unit. Please keep Officer Evans and his family in your thoughts and prayers," Pittman said. The suspect who was killed by Capitol Police has been identified as Noah Green, law enforcement sources told ABC News. Contee said it doesn’t appear Green was known to the Capitol police previously. He said it doesn’t appear that the attack was terrorism-related, but he said police will continue to investigate.

Ron, who was the guy breaking through the window using a helmet - the window Ashli Babbit was killed for climbing through? And why were the cops on that side of the door, standing next to Ashi Babbitt, not trying to stop him? By the way, we are soon going to find out the identity of the officer who shot Asli Babbitt. He's going to confess to Lester Holt.

Right before Ashli Babbitt was shot, in the well-known video of the guy with the helmet bashing through the door, you can see two cops in the background, on the same side of the door as the mob, doing nothing. Except you can see them move out of the line of fire of Officer Byrd with the gun, just before Byrd fires. Those cops did nothing. Nothing.

Those Capital Police Officer at the front door also heard the command for Ashli Babbitt to stand-down and they too saw that she was not going to follow orders so, they got out of the way and the rest happened because Ashli Babbitt fail to obey orders is now history and the police officer was acquitted For his actions, bottom line.
