I could careless about who they are sleeping as long as they are doing their job. They may even go to work happier.

If they are married, I do care if they are sleeping around on their spouse. Honesty and integrity is important and if you can't apply it with the person you're suppose to be most intimate and transparent with, I can't trust you either.
