Check your debt condition quiz:
3 points = always
2 points = often
1 points = sometimes
0 points = never

1. I can't make it through the month without overdrawing my checking account.
2. My checkbook balance gets a little lower every month.
3. I pay the minimum due on my credit and charge cards each month.
4. I am behind on one or more installment payment.
5. I am at or near the borrowing limit on my credit and charge cards.
6. I have no (or a very small) savings account.
7. I count on income from overtime or odd jobs or windfalls to get through the month.
8. I borrow to pay bills that I know are coming up-taxes, insurance premiums, etc.
9. I use credit cards or cash advances to pay for groceries, gas and other necessities.
10. I don't know exactly how much I owe.
11. I juggle my bill payments, paying one this month and another the next.
12. I get dunning letters or phone calls.
13. I sell or pawn family belongings to pay my bills.
14. I worry about my bills and argue about money with my family.
15. Worrying about money makes me feel physically ill.
If your total score is 15 or below, you're doing well.
If it's 16-30, you're average, but you can do better.
If you scored 30-45, you're on dangerous ground.
If you scored 45-60, you're already in bad shape.

Have you considered a home-based business?

That's absolutely fantastic that you received a 0 and now to help the rest of Black America receive a 0 is the point. "The teaching of basic money management concepts was not a major interest of the African American church, the Civil Rights Movement, or the American public school system" Kelvin Boston.

My prayer is to have Wisdom in health and Wisdom in Wealth.
I like to believe that I'm a wise person, yet if I am so wise, why am I not better off?
Why haven't I made wiser decisions and become a wise steward?
Why haven't I realized that it is God who gives me power to get wealth? Deut. 8:18
Why haven't I stepped out on faith in my investment decisions knowing that if I doubt not in my mind and believe that what I say will happen, God will do it for me? Mark 11:22-26
No this is not a sermon, however if it takes a sermon to get me on track, so be it.
There comes a time when we must realize that if I keep doing what I'm doing, I will keep getting what I'm getting. Have a productive day.
