Doc, any chance you can find an answer to these two simple questions as they are the simple cure for what is needed to get cheap/regular gas at the pump....

1. Why with all of thoseextra $ billions earned by the oil company can they not afford generators to keep the refinery running?

2. Did the foreign oil refinery in the U.S. shut down like the American's did?

WAKE UP Americans.....because, Jennifer you are not only America, you are the American government to boot!!!!!!!
