Grasping at Straws - The Conspiracy Theory over Obama’s Birth Certificate
The fringe elements of America’s Right and Left are salivating over the December 5th decision by the Supreme Court to either put to rest the controversy over President Elect Barack Obama’s citizenship or cause another election scandal and Constitutional Crisis that will through the country and world into chaos.
Tune into Alex Jones, Michael Savage or read World Net Daily and you will bearwitness that the lunatic fringe are obsessed with the question of President Elect Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate.
Never mind that media individuals that love to expose conspiracies and flaws in government have either dismissed the issue or haven’t said a mumbling word about it.
Individuals like: Bill Maher and Jon Stewart, who take comedic shots at both the right and left have said little if anything about Obama's citizenship.
Even the far Right and ultra conservative Fox News network, Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, Bill O’Reilly, and Sean Hannity see the issue as a non-starter.
Yet with all that, Leo C. Donofrio a retired attorney, who filed for an emergency stay prohibiting Obama, Sen. McCain, and Socialist Worker’s Party candidate Roger Calero, from appearing on New Jersey's ballot, claiming all three are not “natural born citizens” was able to find one “doubting Tom.” You guested it, Justice Clarence Thomas, the only Black Supreme Court Judge, has found the case worthy and will conference in private on December 5th.
Thomas made this decision to put the case on the docket after it was dismissed by Supreme Court Justice David Souter. Could this be an attempt by Judge Clarence Thomas to keep his job?

Will Justice Thomas be adding the birth certificate of John McCain's back on the court's docket also? How about those Civil Rights issues the Supreme court said that they would not be covering any time soon???!!?
Or is Justice Thomas trying to yell "being lynched" one last time before he becomes even irrelevant as a TOKEN on the Supreme court for as long as he remains on it???
