Is it just happening to me or what?

This incidence happens so often that I can't believe it's just me that it's happening to.
Have you ever stood in the check out lane and when it came to your turn to get waited on the white cashier walks or turns away from the counter to start a conversation with someone else and just leaves you standing there. Well this last time that it happened right after Thanksgiving day, when the clerk decided to turned back around to wait on me, I said to her, that "I didn't know it was prejudice day." Just saying something about it made me feel better, because I know she felt ashame.
