Mr. Maxwell I will be blunt and to the point. You will never make money in any home based business because at this point in your life you don't believe it will work for you or anyone else except for the people that have already made it big. You characterize their success as having tremendous skill in sales and internet marketing or just lucky. These are all just plain and simple thinking errors on your part which keep you trapped.

Success in any business, in any industry will be determined upon an individuals skill set for that industry. We are a people business. The better your people skill set is then the more money you will make. The vehicle to success is really secondary. This is a business of people first, you can't excel in any business until you learn how to become a professional people person. Mastering how to find out what motivates others and how to raise them up and train them to become and have excellent people skills.

You also don't really seem to understand the concept or business model that has leverage. I have not recruited thousands of people yet I live a free lifestyle. I have trained a handful of business partners, coached and mentored them to have financial success and because they got trained the correct way they have gone and done the same.

Is it easy? Yes, when you follow the directions is it. When you let your pride and ego get in the way then it is very difficult.

He had never been in the industry before, he shunned network marketing, but eventually he got rid of his ego, followed directions and taught others how to do the same. If you don't believe in what I am doing then don't investigate it. If you belive Mr. Maxwell then have him offer you something that can feed your needs, desires and future. Ask him to go to work for you to help you make money. That is what I am willing to do! I will work in and for any of my partners businesses as much as they will with one goal in mind and that is to help that person reach his financial goal as fast as possible.

When I say it is easy. I mean it is easy! When I first started, it was different and uncomfortable but over time it became comfortable and easy. Just like starting any new job, career, or business. There is a time period in the beginning when you don't know how to do things the most effective way. You learn and it becomes easy. You can work hard and have your job be easy at the same time. I am working my business as I write this blog. Am I working hard? Yes! Is this easy? Yes! It tests my patients sometimes but I'm not worried about loosing a finger or ending up in the hospital for doing the work. I don't miss anything I don't want to and I have no alarm clock. Why? because I've helped enough people get what they want. I have earned my freedom. I make money even if I don't work. My financial goal of 1million a month hasn't been reached yet so I CHOOSE to continue to work.

The work is typing and educating, planting and sowing seeds. I know not all the seed will grow but that is life. At least I am giving the seed a chance and willing to water it. The seeds that decide they want to grow will drink the waters of success, grow and have success themselves. Each individuals success will be measured by their results of what they want and if they achieved it.

Loosing a persons ego and changing thinking errors is the hardest thing a man will ever have to do because you have to admit that you were wrong first. Then you have to be willing to accept, investigate and put into practice other peoples ideas.
