LET'S LOOK AT SOMETHING ELSE

Not pointing fingers, not accusing each other, not forming opinions of what's being written by each individual. Let's look at something else where we become enclosed in growing from something someone writes or voices, even when you may not totally agree with them you'll be able to accept it's what they think or feel. How can one correct someone if they are not wanting to be corrected? You can speak truth, but if they are not willing to acknowledge that it is true to them, then they shoud not hinder to it as being true to someone else. This is freedom and everyone can be part of the freedom of expression. There are things many can agree on in Unity and those you disagree need not make a fight because they are not in the state of Unity with the others. When one agrees to allow another to think, say, write, voice that makes an overall universal voice. Voices that can be heard, voices that are quiet, and even voices that are never spoken. I sometimes rely on the less said the better-- most is heard. A still small voice can move mountains. I'm looking a being a small voice so that I will be heard when it comes for my time to speak. Shall we point fingers, or hold hands? It's a new year, let's look at something else we can do that will help someone else.

You said it, Miisrael! A lot of bitter pills online feel the need to 'lash out' in an illogical manner @ things that are said. If one has a point of view and can express it with the most minimal logic, I'll take any criticism. But u brought out so beautifully something that I've been thinking. That online exchanges are a good life lesson. Folks can cuss u out, and u can laff if u want. And words don't kill ya. It's also good to see that there are other views out here, very different from you and your family's core beliefs. And that u really can't klobber these folks and 'influence' or 'persuade' them to see things ur way. That can be frustrating for a young person entering the world. Pretty much every day, if not every hour, u hear ppl saying things that are beyond the pale. So maybe the i'net helps toughen us up, who knows.

Thank you MISRAEL. What you say is so true. And, it is my belief that the only thing that can and will over rule your beautiful and oh so welcomed post is the natural instinct of Fight or Flight. This is what came to my mind as I was reading this.

And, thank you even more as your post reminded me of we as a species is a work in progress. We get better and better at treating others as we want to be treated all of the time.(smile)

ruby, my respect, lov and joy with being able to exchange ideals, beliefs and power to learn from you also on this site. I learn from you just the same as I learn from MISRAEL has to say even during the times that I disagree with her,my sister as with Mozell, my brother. We are all members of this (human)species that I speak of...
