TRY MAKING A MLK KING CAKE BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR YOUR MLK HOLIDAY!
I know there are probably lots of other things to do on this King Holiday, but if you'd like to try it and you are looking for a simple at home celebration make a MLK King Cake. The cake is really simple. It's baking two layers of cakes. One chocolate and the other white. Use a flat baking or either round pans. If you are using a flat baking pan, make sure one side of the mix is chocolate and the other side is white. Cake mixes are fine. Once you've baked each layer, cover one side the Chocolate with white frosting, and the White side with chocolate frosting. You can also serve up cupcakes as well. Kids love them too! It's Black and White together. Try it if you're willing. Enjoy your holiday with a MLK KING CAKE. I usually do it every MLK Holiday.
