If a person throws a grenade in an average living room with mom/dad/2 kids they are all decapitated.-----When a jet drops a 2,000 lb bomb into the same living room, the whole neighborhood is decapitated.----I need a better definition of what a bad guy is--
I'm sorry, but I don't get any of the points being made. I was talking about why this CURRENT (2009) conflict in the Middle East started rather than some lesson on religion or history. We all know that the people in the Middle East have ISSUES. As I stated before, the children are the Real victims and both sides have a hand in the peace process, but Hamas clearly started the trouble this time around or are my facts not correct???
I would like to add that I am not pro Israeli or Pro Palestinian... I am merely trying to be objective. (smiles)
I guess Israel's power in power are asking why did they back Hamas against another 'terrorist' group when they did? Well the question is the same as the U.S. government is asking. Why did they back Saddam against Iran when they did and the politics of goofs keep marching on. But, now it seems that no government has enough money to back any one no matter what the label put on them be it FRIEND or FOE(terrorist)
In Buddhism this is called Cause and Effect. In Christianity it is called reaping what you sow(smile)Personally I call it stop repeating history that did not work!!!

I think it is sad thing, but I don't understand why the Palenstians elected ( Known Terrorist) Hamas to represent them. Hamas violated the standing peace agreement by firing missiles into Israel long before Israel even decided to attack Gaza. I understand that both sides need to do better and they both sides have a hand in the peace process, but the REAL victims of all this mess are truly the children. I hope that one day these people can learn to live amongst one another in a civil manner. Afterall, they live in other parts of the world peacefully and even work together.
