Matter of fact she recently was off work for two weeks on sick leave and when she returned. she had a meeting to attend and in the meeting her manager started picking on her. At the time I manager made a statement about she been offered two weeks.
At this point she knew her manager was acting out because she could not stop her from being off those two weeks because it was out of her control.
And at the end of the meeting as she was leaving one of her coworkers asked that her why was the manager singing her out in another worker said because she have been all for work.
So the next day the supervisor went to work area talking about what went on in the meeting as you went on to say that the way we do our job had changed and that they are going to start writing them up if they do not follow the way they set the work load up for them to do it.
Her manager even Tried to intimidate her when her grandparents passed away or anybody in the family pass away.
I think that is very cruel when someone tries to intimidate a person when they already going through emotional changes.
She Also says she had been working on this job for about 12 years and she is one of those person you pretty much can depend on to show up at work every day And she is a very hard worker also in a good team player.

She said she even went so far to let her supervisor no that, they were was trying to intimidate her and that she was not going to fall for it.
I think they are causing Her undue stress and I also think that what they are doing is a formal of on the job harassment by management.
And as I've said they have did many of workers like this.
She says she feel that they do not like her because the other workers respect and value her opinion.
In other words she shows them how to fight management without being fired.
What Do You All Think She Should Do About That No Nonsense Problem She's Having On Her Job.
The first thing she should do before she does anything else is get a copy of the personnel manual regarding rules on time and attendance and requests for leave. She can get it from the HR department. She should review what the company’s policy is on leave.
She should also document everything the boss does. If she says the boss is picking on her, she needs to be specific about the boss actions. She needs to keep a journal of exactly the boss does that is inappropriate. Jot down the dates and times and whether or not there were any witnesses. It doesn’t matter who the witnesses may be, be sure to write their names down. Try not to maintain the journal in the boss’ presence. You don’t want to alert her that you are watching her. This will be helpful when you file a grievance against her. Also, and this is the most important part, tell your friend that she should go out of her way to make sure she doesn’t break any of the company’s rules. Even if other people get away with doing things, your friend needs to make sure she does everything right. Don’t come back late from lunch, not even one second late and get to work on time in the morning every day and do her job above and beyond what she is supposed to do. She doesn’t want her boss to be able to cite any work-related performance or conduct problems. Your friend needs to be sure she is squeaky clean and smile and don’t mouth off at her boss. She also needs to be careful of who her friends are at work, especially anyone who is nice to her now all of a sudden. It could be a spy for the boss. Until it’s all over, follow this rule: trust no one, suspect everyone.
