SIGNS OF FATIGUE MEANS TIME OUT JUST FOR YOU
Routine...routine day in day out. You've neglected to acknowlege your signs of fatigue. You feel burned out and stressed. Eveything is centered on your job, family, business...but you failed to give your self a time out! How can you fit it in your busy schedule? Well, you can, but you may have to do it as part of your routine and plan to give yourself a break. It's easy to identify when you need to break away. I can give a few signs of that. You are bored, you hate going anywhere, you feel tired, and you temperament is short. You answer a question before the person is finished asking, your forget important meetings or your must dos, and you answer your home phone with your work greeting.... sometimes you feel you are carrying all the load. you tend to avoid certain calls. The list has room for more. Taking time out will need to be scheduled in just as you do in planning a vacation, or a trip. You may not travel anywhere in your time out but you can find the time to getting a free time designed for a free day of just you. I encourage spirituality and time of meditation, read a book you've been putting off, go watch that movie you've been wanting to see. Go to a museumn or just plain REST IN BED ALL DAY for a fews days. Rest is essential to fatigued, drink plenty of fresh water and give your body a change to revive. Try to do it soon. Your time out is awaiting. Hurry though routines can be back before you know it!

Thanks for the one thing that we busy women have a tendency to forget, that is ourselves. As for me I make sure that I go to a spa (spa day w/my girls), go to dinner with friends, and mostly just pamper myself at home. My favorite thing to do is to schedule a few days off and my first day is to stay in bed, in my Pjs and do absolutely nothing. I order out/ delivery, I put my favorite magazines, books and remote control to watch tv. It feels good and I know my body is at rest.
