Black Republican wants a return to hangings???

While you may not be surprised that a Republican would want to bring back hangings as a way to reduce crime it may surprise you to find out that Republican is black. Jackson Mississippi mayoral candidate George Lambus believes that crime can be reduced "with a noose and a stout tree limb"
