NO DUMPING!

Driving along Memphis City streets, I tend to see more NO DUMPING signs everywhere. In addition to that, I've seen an increase in dumping where the signs are posted. I thought, cant' these people read! It's says NO DUMPING! Still, they throw everything from old coaches, bedding, tires, and even trash in trash bags! I seen some communites work hard at picking up in their neighborhoods, but how so often the dumpters wait like a hawk just so they swing lo with their sweet chariot of trash! Black communties are reflecting something I really dislike.

Dumping brings rodents and rodents invade in houses. Why then do we feed the very things we need an escape from? I hate to say, but don't we care anymore? Even the city's trash people pass on by the dumping! They only pick up the residential customers. When I've reported a dumping it's almost 6 to 8 weeks before they come. Come BIA I just hope none of you do things like that! "My goodness!"
