Still segregated schools; unequal access to basic supplies; twice as likely to be suspended for the same offense as a white student; low expectations by teachers and administration; more attention to how they dress than what is in their heads. Blacks are more judgemental about our youth for their refusal to assimilate to Eurocentric behavior than ever.

On that, I can think it would do more harm than good. This is a condition that often lead to jail and so often gang deaths, even death of users as well. That's a difficult condition that is facing blacks, and also all races in the world.
