Brother Roger thanks for posting the web link. I couldn't agree more with Mr. Asheru's observation regards the spec. ed classes that there are a disproportionate number of blacks found in those type classes. I have discovered that schools get money for each student that is placed in spec. ed classes. Many parents are focused on making a living to put roofs over their children's heads and food in their tummies. Once again thanks for posting the link. I have saved it to my favorites on my pc.

True education, however, teaches Black children “to teach themselves, so they can be self-sufficient.” . . .
